Quote from Cliff_Racer »
"Aaaaaah! It's wonderfulmazing!" said the rock god, eyes sparkling at the vibrant and multicolored planets. He loved seeing the rainbow without having to get too close to the planets.
He drew near one of the prettiest worlds, which had a magnificent blue atmosphere, and gazed down upon the inhabitants. They clamored about happily, not getting into many conflicts. Even then, they were friendly struggles and arguments.
"Dah! Why do they get to be happy? They know nothing of Pennysworth's pain! Look at you!"
He scooped up a family of happy little creatures, simple beings with brown fur and eyes in the image of their god.
"Tell me, small ones. Why does your existance not be filled with sadness?" he inquired, not caring about an answer.
Then, he crushed them in his palm, and dropped their remains near their comrades.
"Let us see if your life is happy when you have the pain of Pennysworth!"
The great stone god then cried. He cried envious tears, which cascaded around the universe. They splashed onto the planets in a rain, making the lesser-beings sad. Their planet used to be pretty, but now the skies are gray! Why? But they realise, there is the calm after the storm, so to speak. And once the rain is over they will be happy! The creatures dawn upon a new force inside them. A force not like light, or gravity. They experience happiness, sadness, anger, torment, love, envy... oh what a range of feelings! The creatures stand in a daze as the great microline god descends back into space.
"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step," never had this been more true. Korom and Microlenos set out on their finally agreed-upon path. It may sound foolish, but it was exciting acting as a mortal rather than a god. Sure enough, the wilderness was harsh and trying, but conquest over these forces - forces his brothers and he had created themselves - was both fun and rewarding. Most children dream of adventures, most men are forced into them, but great are the men that pursue them by choice. The travel was dangerous, and Korom reveled in it. It had almost blossomed into a game; Korom had felled a bear and two wolves as of now, and Microlenous had beaten two crocodile-like creatures to death. I suppose it was hardly fair, though, matching an axe to a gauntlet. Regardless, that thing wasn't leading anyone now! Of course, some setbacks were to be expected. A few hunting trips for fun; there was no shortage of food. In short, it all meant we were behind a couple days, by our best calculations. We had not yet managed to reach the aforementioned isthmus, but we would soon.
At night as Microlenos slept, Korom released his spirit to temporarily return to his godly form. He had neglecting the use of his periodic ACTs, which he would like to exhaust now.
His first would, of course, spice up this adventure a bit. Although it may seem counter-intuitive and slow the travel to Pennysworth's armor, Korom wanted to delay the journey as much as possible; adding lots of interesting and rewarding side tracks and sites. It would be selfish to only give the gift on this planet, though. Korom embellished in his first powerful ACT in a while; he welled up his energy and spawned complex ruins and temples and landmarks with interesting (also largely false) history to all the lively planets out there.
Korom makes ruins and supposedly ancient landmarks with fascinating histories on all the planets with life.
Furthermore, he noticed how all of his deity siblings were building sites for themselves and very specific areas. While these seemed like small pieces in a huge puzzle to Korom, he understood the desire. Following that, he began to envision his own sanctuary. What's important to Korom? Gold... pretty much gold and adventure, so why not make a place symbolizing gold that someone could adventure to get to? The answer was almost self-explanatory.
Korom creates the City of Gold, his own personal palace, home, and town made entirely out of GOLD! It lies underground, under the mountain with the highest peak on this planet. Whatever its name is.
The humans thinking other life forms exist while they are stranded on their own planet build a never before machine, it allowed the humans and others things to travel, it allowed them to explore the dark void outside their blue atmosphere. To them space travel was like a future too far ahead, but some thought ahead and created a shuttle with the help of Blackwind.
Blackwind helps his humans achieve space travel on a minimum level
The humans, they went to the moon, they spend months in space yet that is all they do. Blackwind sad that they don't experience space travel to it's fullest decides to create an Avatar for making new technologies like a space shuttle that can go further. Satisfied Blackwind took a bit of himself and took it in his Avatar which he would name Yarran.

Talent didn't go anywhere, it just gets lost in all the noise. You have to find it.
As Bal thought of his Chosen, he watched a small group of them approach the Planet of Chameleos ((Pennysworth, if you will make another name for your planet, I'd be happy :tongue.gif: Gets a bit boring/annoying typing Planet of Chameleos)) he reached out and grabbed the one at the head of the group. Bal knew him as the first to come forth for the transformation, Mikaelinos. A steadfast and kind Chosen, Bal decided he needed a reward for his bravery, and chose him as his Avatar. As Bal placed him far ahead, about a days travel ahead, from the rest of the group, he forged him a Baluminum sword, Dastot Keshan. Mikaelinos stood on a barren, rocky land-bridge between two giant masses of water, which was unknown to him. There was a large amount of strange vegetation, although there was some on the Great Sun, these plants were cool and soothing to the touch. He sense a large mass of magma to the south-east, and started his trek there. As his fellow Chosen land around him, they all begin to walk towards this magma-lake, knowing any stranded Chosen would do the same.
Mordaiheru was the void, and as the void consumed everything. However, if he were to consume everything, then the other deities would be furious, and most likely end his life. Thus, he made an oath to control this and merged his soul with a rock. This created a pitch-black rock, mordofea. He sent the mass of these rocks deep into the Heart of the Void, and built a temple around it dubbed ardacorm. As he realized the power of these new god-touched stones, he crafted the shadows among his planets and forged the lumbequens. They are the chosen to defend arbacorm, able to meld with the shadows and are the perfect assassins.
Pennysworth sparked an idea, the idea to create a life out of his pretty rocks. He stacked rock upon orthoclase, orthoclase upon rock. He embedded beautiful silver eyes into them. Thus he amassed a being as large and powerful as the steam beasts, perhaps even more so. As he breathed life into it, he sends this golem to the Planet of Chameleos to reproduce and obey Pennysworth. As Pennysworth grabbed an asteroid from the sky, a beautiful incandescent mass of microcline, and carved an inside in it. As he thrust it down next to his golems, he commanded them to create a temple inside it, Ingirgunlel, or Declinedrapes, the Asteroid Temple.
((Banelord, I'll ignore your making fear and leave you the ACT. Read the entire thread before, if you wish to be a deity.))
Kieran needed a creation of his own. From the void and shadows, he creates Reapers, a fear-striking race of cloaked beasts. They are invisible to the eye of other creatures, until the moment where they know death is imminent. He then creates a being, an emissary if you will, to walk amongst the mortals. He forged Hellgore from rock, shadow, and flames. He is an awesome beast of fear and death.
As Korom and Pennysworth venture off into the barren wasteland stretch the the forests, they encountered many powerful and awesome beasts. As the day went away and they fell, Korom returned briefly to his god-form. He knew the planets had little history. They would be quite uninteresting with this. So Korom creates ruins and once-great cities on all planets. They are stricken with age through his godly will, and seem to be thousands of years old. As they appear and creatures discover them, the locals make up false, although interesting pasts about these ruins. And Korom watched the other gods create their own domains, Korom felt the need to do this to. As Korom envisioned his own palace, a brilliant temple of gold. Around this he creates an entire city out of his precious metal. All under the gigantic peak he and Microlenos were traveling to. This insane concentration of gold attracts all creatures to it, fearsome and brittle. Their innate adventurous spirits drive them to discover this 'City of Gold'.
Blackwind watches his humans. They aren't very interesting, as with thousands of years of innovation they have created technology far beyond the comprehension of any other lifeform. They now spend most of their time refining this technology, or spent away enjoying it in a small room on a 'computer'. They have, however spread across their lush and forested planet furiously, clearing away at the beautiful forests and producing ungodly smog and pollution. Although they do it in good spirit, in the spirit of progress. They also quarrel ferociously among eachother, resulting in an occasional war, although normally settled quickly. They have created weapons of immense destructive force, all from the rock and air. As they long to spread out to the universe, they have no idea how to create the technology. Blackwind give them a bit of an intellectual push, and they all join together to create a giant shuttle capable of such. As it blasts through the atmosphere in a plume of smoke the humans are barely satisfied, as their shuttles can only venture to the three moons circling their planet. Blackwind then creates an avatar in the humans image, Yarran, although naturally weak like the others he possesses an infinite amount of knowledge and intelligence. He assists the humans in developing space shuttles to travel further, faster, and more efficiently. He also spreads the word of Blackwind to them. As the humans all realize that Blackwind created them, the mighty gods notice an incredible decrease in fighting on the planet. They all work together now, in hopes to spread across the universe.
((Also, Blackwind I'll take it that Yarran's artifact is his incredible mind? If not, please make him his starting artifact in your next turn/post))

Also, I'm editing the OP to make it clear that AVATARs don't die from age, since Yarran would die far too quickly, as is the nature of humans.
Seeing The adventurer's perilous journey, Mordaiheru Looked upon the artifact with distaste, knowing that whomever obtained it would only give their gods more power to create, And the mordofea would become much harder to contain.
so he gathered his Lumbequens, and gathered among them 5 of the most adept creatures. he chose among them a leader, and dubbed him, Talon. he sent them down to the planet, with a shroud (named colloloomin) He plans on doing great things with it. Their mission was simple, do whatever was possible in their power, to deter the adventurers on their quest, be unseen, and as a last resort, steal the mystical armor. They may not, under any circumstances, kill them, only stop them.
mordaiheru creates his avatar, Talon, and sends him and his squad of 5, to stop microlenos and korom from retrieving the magic armor. he sends with him cololloomin, a dark shroud.
((Sorry Talmanaze, your shroud can't make Talon and his group invisible right now. The starting artifact for an AVATAR can't have magical properties, it takes a whole nother ACT to imbue them with magical properties. Any other ARTIFACTs you make using a whole ACT after that can have a magical property, though. I'll go ahead and make a list of the possible magical enhancements in the OP, as to prevent too-uber weaponry (I.E., makes the wearer able to kill anything he wishes anywhere in the universe. That just won't be allowed)))
((ok. I see. I'll modify my post with the corrected artifact information, and seeing as how there's no "light" sub-section, I'll have to use wind (Make it denser?), unless you add "light".))
Madk creates bokes, microscopic insects capable of turing any form of matter into pure magnetic energy. They can only be completely destroyed by a ray of pure gleek. If left without matter to consume for too long, they will deactivate until aroused by considerable magnetic force. They spread throughout space by creating a rope with other bokes to connect to another celestial body. They are able to contruct more bokes from potassium, iron, nickel, plutonium, and argon. Since no planet in existance is composed of a high enough concentration of these elements and a strong enough magnetic field to support a large enough colony to ward off invaders and conquest other planets, Madk creates Magnentia, a planet with a 59% nitrogen, 5% hydrogen, 34% radioactive plutonium, and 2% other elements atmosphere, and a rock table composed nearly entirely of the elements required to sustain a large population of bokes.
Soon, bokes encounter some trepits on a foreign planet. Now a large group of bokes obtains sentience and in a rather short period of time, erect a monumentous stucture, the Palace of Comprehension on Magnentia. The bokes develop a monarcial society, the royal line being the bokes who were first touched by the trepits.
Zexrims invade. The bokes are disrupted when zexrims discover Magnentia and the trepits taken from the planet (dubbed Sitchu by the bokes, who have founded communication based on light fluxations similar to audial ones, but decay much less over distance) and all of the deposited in the cool core of the planet Magnentia. A war lasting two years devastates Magnentia. The zexrims are ultimately defeated - and their reenforcements. Few of the species remains present in the dimension. At the approximate three month mark in the War for Magnentia, bokes discovered a way to transport matter directly into Heuwle's seventeenth, the universe from which Madk originates and the overseers of several other realities come from as well. Heuwle's seventeenth was recently overrun by tsolns (in the time period which the boke's gates lead to) so the few boke pioneers that made it back were darastically affected and decayed within seconds of being able to impart the vital information about the destroyed realm. The bokes proceeded to use this awesome technology as a weapon, transferring the aggressive zexrims into the oblivion, few of them having been outright destroyed in their own dimension.
But the zexrims thrive. Despite the tears in this period of Heuwle's seventeenth dimension and its radical instability, the atoms of the zexrim manage to flourish on a quantum level. An entire civilization develops that after eons evolves sentience, and following many millenia they research their origins and find a way to go back to their location of origin, in the bokes' dimension.
Paradoxes wipe the War for Magnentia entirely from history. The bokes and the atomic beings from Heuwle's destroyed seventeenth coincide and ally against the zexrims. The atomic beings, referred to by the bokes as "Cyuuks", impart technological wonders to the bokes, like interdimensional travel, warping of time, and travelling into and throughout Heuwle's eleventh dimension, which is a paradisal wonderland. However, the Cyuuks vanish shortly after their appearance, hoping to avoid their omittance from existance via paradox, and leave the microscopic bokes with the knowledge to shape this universe how they please.
Madk becomes intimidated by the massive amount of power now being exhibited by his creation, since it now exceeds not only his own, given the knowledge imparted is harnessed properly, but more powerful even than the gods themselves. They reengineer their own structures to achieve immortality and with more common materials. They construct wormgates (a more stable variation of the wormhole) to go instantly to point A to point B, in interdimensional space. They discover Blackwind's humans and make their presence, and docility, known immediately as to avoid violence. The bokes are still an extremely untarnished race - no punishment for crime or law has yet been required due to their pure nature. But the humans begin to corrupt a few of them, who are annhilated by the royal rulers to prevent an uprising. But the first harmful action toward another boke has been committed and no retribution may be found. One boke, called Rhus, sends off all the tainted individuals through a portal, including himself, for the good of the universe, who fears it may end. He destroys the portal, and the royal family and two thirds of the boke population dies a gruesome death at the hands of Heuwle's deteriorated seventeenth dimension.
However, before they set off, the bokes planted a doomsday timer at the human star system's core that can only be prevented by the work of a diety. They broadcasted an alert telepathically into the heads of the gods, warning them what was becoming of this universe, and that the imperfections must be repaired, and that they were purging themselves and preparing to purge the source of their own imbalance totally.
Rhus and company are no more. The boke society continues to thrive, but without even the primitive technologies required to break orbit from Magnentia. They become a seemingly primitive species, but in reality the secrets of their past are set to be exposed whenever the planet is next threatened with destruction.
I don't feel like going back and proofreading all that, it was taxing enough to write it. Don't complain if there are horrid typos.
((Madk.. Atleast leave me some writing and space to brainstorm! xD
My brain feels molested now, molested by unknown words and then beaten savagely into a pulp with a wall of text made of stringy logic. I'm a bit confused, though. Did your Bokes get assaulted by space-faring wolves bent on destruction of all life, have an epic civil war, erase it from history through paradoxes caused by intra-dimensional beings, achieve a state more powerful than godliness, kill off more than half of their population, threaten the survival of another population, plant a sun-nuke, warn everybody of what they did, and then devolve into a small insectile race on a planet that is basically a super magnet?? I'm utterly confused as to everything. Perhaps, sum everything up in a single paragraph xD
The next morning, refreshed, the two adventurers continue their journey to the first landmark, the Isthmus. Their attention, however, is waylaid by a ruin conveniently located on their path.
It isn't terribly run down, but there are many collapsed and toppled pillars, and many of the buildings have holes. The biggest feature of this place, however, is the ziggurat towering above all. "It must be one of the ruined cities of past civilizations! We must explore it! Maybe learning more of this land can tell me more about where we're going!"
Meanwhile, Pennysworth tracked the progress of the Golems. They worked diligently on Ingirgunlel, making it more abstract with every useless room and bottomless pit added. He thought forward in time, to the age of short people running around in green clothing. He wondered if he could forward this by giving Microlenos and Korom a useful item in a big, shiny chest.
So, he took a block of Serpentine and broke it in half and rounded the pieces into small, fist-sized balls. Then, he took the leather from one of those humans he 'found' and lashed them together to make a bolas.
To engrave it, he started gnawing on the stones. His nimble teeth quickly etched out images of two people standing triumphantly. Below that, he carved the taller of the two laying down with the shorter standing over him, sobbing. Pennysworth creates Asolcerol "Seizurelens", the Serpentine bolas and places it in the asteroid temple. It is enchanted to paralyze the victim if it doesnt bind their feet.

Oh dear... Oh dear oh dear oh dear...
A terribly difficult and terribly terrible decision had been stewing at the back of Korom's mind for a while now; he had been in the process of crafting an undoubtedly ingenious addition to the universe, but his latest epiphany had been less than satisfying. Korom had imagined a force that would drive nations, for good and evil, with and against each other. It was in no way a peaceful power he imagined, from which Korom's worry over the matter originated. Korom had been thinking about making an idea called "war" in which races and beasts combated each other given mortal motives. He had been incessantly worrying and pacing circles over the final decision. Vorach would love it, but what of his other siblings? It was a serious possibility that Korom was about to make the biggest mistake since existence began, but...
Talon has been stalking the adventurers ever since they woke. The assassin and his squad followed swiftly behind the pair of adventurers, out of sight, waiting for their chance to strike. seeing them enter the ruin, they see their chance.
"bring the temple down around them, we mustn't fail our lord. varibyr!" and they dissipated quietly, off to complete their task.
((if I mis-understood the way avatar control works, than ignore this))
((I didn't know I was supposed to be doing anything; I was just going to wait until the next time Eztuzt posts :tongue.gif: Oh well, I'll go ahead.))
It was only in Korom's nature to go off the beaten path, which could be taken literally in this situation. But I digress; Korom and Microlenos did indeed find themselves drawn to all these ruins and remains from civilizations past. The first was only the tip of the iceberg, in which were found ancient texts ((I just had a funny visualization regarding ancient writing and texting. "lol hi i lernd 2 rite on rox")) and crafts, among other bits and bobs. Godly beings had no need for these worldly possessions, though, so the two were slightly disappointed when they decided leave them be. This sort of exploration had been everything Korom had dreamed it would be: exciting, intriguing, hard-working... fun. There were many landmarks along the trail that could not be marked on the map. After crossing the isthmus - the awe of which was diminished by the preceding adventures - they continued on their heading north, trying to catalog their findings and map their trail as best they could. A cartographer, Korom is not.
((:/
I was hoping for a climatic, "escape the ruin" type encounter, but of course, you didn't stay in the temple, for any amount of time whatsoever... Time to compensate!!!))

Not to sound mean, it was a good read.))
My goal has been achieved. I have destroyed your brain. I can now rest in peace.
But, seriously, a major motivation here for me is to hurt people's brains :tongue.gif:
Korom creates war.
And feels terrible about it afterward.
"bring the temple down around them, we mustn't fail our lord. varibyr!" and they dissipated quietly, off to complete their task.
((if I mis-understood the way avatar control works, than ignore this))
Whale of a Tale!
I was hoping for a climatic, "escape the ruin" type encounter, but of course, you didn't stay in the temple, for any amount of time whatsoever... Time to compensate!!!))
Talon and his company wereripping a coloumn with hisKorom and microlenos are swift adventurers. Talon could do little to deter them. so he made his decision. He will steal the Mystical armor. however, even a master in stealth can do little to avert the eyes of a god. He begins his journey to the mountain, taking the south east route. hoping mordaiheru would send something to help.
