I imagine he's hoping you'd read through the minimum system requirements, possible program incompatibility and graphic performance. That post really should have everything you need to know to resolve your issues. Are you using Java 8? Since your issue seems to be with java and loading I would say update your java and graphics drivers and try again. If that doesn't work open your task manager and see if there are any processes going on that could be maxing out your cpu and close them. It'll be hard for us to help you any more without more information, for all we know you may not have the system specs to play Minecraft, but it sounds like java is your problem.
