I'm looking for some stuff to fill idle time, and I thought that you guys/gals could help me out (and maybe other people if they want it).
Premise is simple:
Post #1: Request
Post #2: Solution + Request
Post #3: Solution + Request
So on and so forth.
Should someone miss a request then it should be dealt with like so:
Post #3: Solution + Request
Post #4: Solution
Post # 5: Request
Post #6: Solution + Request
But please, please don't request without post a solution (minus the example shown above).
My request is DEEP but QUIRKY movies that you've seen and recommend.
I like crap like The Butterfly Effect, Ghost In The Shell so on and so forth.
Anything that's got a sort of deeper meaning surrounded by other themes, perhaps something that might make me shed a few tears too...
Knights of Honor is good if you like medeival RTS/Simulator.
Im looking for people who really get into minecraft and would join my server to make a huge city and turn it into a RP server eventually (all ready got house , and a mine , and a hospital http://www.minecraft.net/play.jsp?serve ... c7c4d1531d )

Im 16 years old. And im just laid back...
Arguing is for weak people....
Music that is sad and screams at you is pointless
Anyone know of a way to get me off my lazy ass and do something? >_ Zuriki... I watched the Butterfly Effect once, and thought it was pretty good. I watched it a second time, years later, and it ended differently. That is the most terrifying movie to not realize you're watching a different version. Seriously o_o;

There is the directors cut ending (baby scene, I hate this scene since it doesn't really make sense) and there is the cinematic ending. (Childhood scene where he tells here to GTFO his life).
If you notice, the movie suggests that the ending is the wrong ending in the cinematic version:
Quote from Psychic »
You have no life pattern, you were not meant to be!
Quote from Mum »
I had two miscarriages, and when you came out fine, I called you my miracle baby.
The quote from the Mother is tied in with the DX Cut version where the she screams (in the background).
Quote from Mum »
No! Not again! You have to save him!
But yeah, I preferred the cinematic ending, it made me sadder 'cause it shows him upset and her upset also, they actually had a point where everything worked out fine up until asshole came along. Not saying the DX Cut version was bad, I mean it had some catharsis-ism in it, where it shows Kayleigh happily married (to a man that looks about 50 lol). So you take pleasure in that she is happy, but at the cost, unbeknown to her, that this man took his own life before he was born. Which is sort of the ultimate sacrifice really. But it just seemed too far fetched that he could go back to birth, a point in life which he couldn't ever remember. Probably the reason it was switched out.
Also, I recommend you make an action platformer where you're a neo-ninjah and you slaughter a bunch of baddies! Cause that's kickass.
http://www.workforstudents.com/ Don't mind all the negative things people say about it on the internet >_>
I had a job there for, um, a little while. You need to make a $90-something + tax deposit though :tongue.gif:
But... it's not hard to get hired. At least it wasn't for me, I guess.
[ I quit really quickly, but it just wasn't for me. ... Do you not have $15 o_o? ]
---> Someone recommend me some kind of open-ended world game that you can explore that I haven't played before.
( Already played Fallouts (1-3), Elder Scrolls (not 1,2 but don't suggest them >:0 unless, uh, they're actually awesome), GTA (if you've played one you've played them all... AND their clones - plus there's not much to explore or do), and some other stuff )
-------> Bonus points for having lots of replayability, or being an MMO that doesn't suck (and is free)
( I'm sure I missed a few in my list )

Guild Wars --> I have it, but I don't really play it.
Crackdown --> Played it a bit, but I only have PC xD [well I also have Wii, DS, but no xbox360. I want 7th Dragon in english ;-;]
Overlord --> I'll try them~
Baldur's Gate, NwN --> I think I have that somewhere :0 but I didn't do a lot with them.
--> I request that someone make a request.

I request that Sympatico stop throttling my torrents for half the day to 30 kb/s.
Solution > Switch Provider (you can phone them up and threaten them with "I'll switch provider if you don't stop choking my internets!" they'll either do it or lose your money.
Hell, if they lose your money then their silly billys. My ISP is Sky, they give in to demands easy, I'm like "GIFF MEH NEW TV BOXXY OR ELSE" and they is like "OK WUTEVA U WNT U IZ DA QUEEN" and I are like "STFU". Same rules apply for the internet.
I request some good HL2 Mods from the following categories:
FPS, Sci-Fi/Space
RPG, Any Theme
Any Genre, Horror
Any Genre, Any Theme
I request some good HL2 Mods from the following categories:
FPS, Sci-Fi/Space - Idk many in the sci-fi section...I only know multiplayer mods for this section....
RPG, Any Theme - I know some Gmod RPG's, but haven't seen a HL2 one yet. Since I don't know any, I used moddb.com! Heh.
Any Genre, Horror - Get A Life...one of the best mods I've ever played...not as scary as it supposed to be, but meh.
Any Genre, Any Theme - HL2 Wars...RTS conversion for HL2...not many maps, but you can DL more from their site.
I was played HL2 Wars just before I opened this post, main reason I was looking for some more mods really. I didn't think there would be many good ones. I'm waiting on Black Mesa, but I think it's gonna be released when I'm on holiday D:
