For abilities, I go for... Snapfreeze, Rapid Recharge, Grapple, Sensory Overload and Imprecation.
For perks, I go for Energetic, Rechargeable Battery and a random perk of my choice (Which is either Immune System, Sustain or Fully Loaded)
For my main items, I'll stick with the Double Barrel Shotgun (Weapon), Wings of Sacred Dawn (Armor) and Strange Coin (Trinket).
For my secondary items, I'll get the care package and use it, I'll buy the Data Card too, just in case.
For titles and decorations, I'll opt for "The Alpha" title and the "From The Beginning" decoration or similar. (FYI, I joined at OD3 and I wasn't around during OD2).
Alright, I'm almost ready. Time to go for the Outpost Defender difficulty so I can get my senses back on track, without modifiers. Then I'll train for Additional Ability.
"Lock 'n loaded... Should we opt for modifiers? And I forgot something, can we combine items?"
I learn Agility (max it out), Conditioning (also max it out) and Enhanced Battery (this too), then use the remaining XP for leveling up by increasing ATK.
I vote for Outpost Defenders difficulty, with Curse of the Unknown and Ailment Roulette as modifiers.
Recycler 4/25
+When an enemy or ally is defeated, gets additional money and materials equal to that enemy or ally's max HP (armors and shields not counted), on top of the normal amount dropped.
-Buildings built by Engineer players, and enemies turned to ally side do not count.

You make your selections, and obtain Immune System as your third perk!
You buy a data card and a care package, which contains a zap field!
You equip the Alpha title and From the Beginning as your emblem. I'll also give you the Outpost Defenders 3 title and emblem.
+Votes. You also obtain an additional ability, allowing you to choose any ability from the Specialist class!
As Gold said, you can combine items by spending materials. The cost increases if you combine items of a higher rarity (so combining a common and an uncommon would be cheaper than combining two rares).

You learn fully upgraded Agility, Conditioning, and Enhanced Battery! You then level up, gaining +2 ATK!
I use my repair kit on barracks, choose Blood anvil, and whisper:
"We are more than good enough"
You repair the barracks for 45 HP and add your vote. +23 XP.
Due to a tie in voting, RNG decides the difficulty is Outpost Defender with the What modifier.
Stickcrafter: Let's go pay the Talons back for what they did.
Mission 7: Assassination
Date: August 17th, 2031
Time: 14:31:23
Location: Miami, Florida
Mission objective: Capture a Talon HVT for interrogation
Operations:
Nothing to See Here: Do not arouse suspicion before capturing the target.
Silent Assassin: Hide all bodies, do not arouse suspicion at any point, and erase all security camera footage.
OSHA?: Eliminate a guard with an "accident".
Grounded: Sabotage the Talon helicopter.
You enter the mission area in disguise. You assess the situation. The Talon meeting is being conducted in a highrise building, with guards stationed at every entrance. They have no obvious weapons, so you assume they have concealed sidearms. None of the passing citizens pay any attention to the guards.
Slayer: I thought this building was abandoned.
McKnight: Apparently, to the Talons, "this place is abandoned" is an invitation. The executive who coordinated the Detroit attack is meeting here to discuss his next move. Find some way inside and take him in for questioning.
Take a moment to consider your options. You have no eyes on you, so use that to your advantage.
Tip: for this mission, you'll have a map of your surroundings. Your position won't affect any attacks you perform, but it will have an effect on your ability to stay stealthy. Try to isolate guards so you can take them out easily, and be sure to use disguises.
Also, don't worry about your allies. They're inexplicably the most inconspicuous thing in the world right now.

I duck walk to the top right of the map. Duck walking counts as crouching, so I get a stealth bonus, plus it makes me look like Simon Belmont. And that's a good thing.

He's standing right in front of the door. We must knock him out if we need to proceed.
I ready a supressed tranquilizer gun and take aim at the Gunner.

Ironically, I seem to have lost interest in Minecraft. So have a taste of my Heavy Machine Gun.
After steadying my aim, I pull the trigger, hitting the guard.
I then quickly and silently rush toward the tranquilized guard and catch him before he hits the ground.

Ironically, I seem to have lost interest in Minecraft. So have a taste of my Heavy Machine Gun.
I am still here, as always.
The rest of them:

Yes. We may combine items, it will cost material tho.

Hi! This is me, hello!
I'm Vevos! HIS INNER DEMON.
Get out! I'm Alice!
Hey! I'm Draco!
Please help my Pokemon grow: http://pfq.me/GoldHero101
I learn Agility (max it out), Conditioning (also max it out) and Enhanced Battery (this too), then use the remaining XP for leveling up by increasing ATK.
I vote for Outpost Defenders difficulty, with Curse of the Unknown and Ailment Roulette as modifiers.

I use my repair kit on barracks, choose Blood anvil, and whisper:
"We are more than good enough"
+Votes. You obtain Zero In.
+Votes.
+Vote. You spend 400 XP to upgrade Zero In and Faceoff, granting the following benefits:
Zero In III: gives a total of +15 accuracy and +10% crit chance against the target.
Faceoff III: all attacks from Faceoff gain +10 accuracy.
You gain +4 ATK! You store all of your items except feint shot and the air breaker pistol.
+Votes.

My Characters
Hi! This is me, hello!
I'm Vevos! HIS INNER DEMON.
Get out! I'm Alice!
Hey! I'm Draco!
Please help my Pokemon grow: http://pfq.me/GoldHero101
Aw man I don't like stealth missions... Anyway, I'll try to keep hidden until I'm ready to assassinate somebody. For my additional ability, I opt for Intensity.
I am still here, as always.
The rest of them:

"Stealth time boys."
I duck walk to the top right of the map. Duck walking counts as crouching, so I get a stealth bonus, plus it makes me look like Simon Belmont. And that's a good thing.
If you've met TehEpicNinja9001, you've met me. Somehow lost the account's password and email. Maybe I'll try and get it back one day. Or maybe not.
Apparently, if you put these in your signature, people will click them. Help me grow my Pokemon dudes!
I put on a cardboard box and sneak to the passage to the right.

Hmm... *hides in a fake package that is carried by a drone*
+3 HP, +1 ATK, +1 heal!
You head up to the top right, around the corner. You are out of sight here.
Intensity chosen!
You remain inconspicuous.
You head up to the top right, inexplicably attracting even less attention with your bizarre walk.
We need to go deeper.
You Solid Snake your way to the right.
You set a trap for the humanoid insect and head to the right.
You hide in a package. It gets carried to the passage to the right.
My action: I follow everyone up to the right.
==[Enemy turn]==
The guards suspect nothing.
The humanoid insect foolishly walks into Winkins' trap, taking 55 damage.
Area cleared. +10 XP to all players.
Heading up the passage to the right, you come across an unguarded area. You notice an open window, and quickly climb inside. You find yourself in what appears to be a makeshift barracks. There are several sleeping guards inside, as well as one who is mumbling to himself about his lazy teammates sleeping in the middle of the day.
No one saw you enter, but you are trespassing right now.

Loading up my silencer onto my gun, I ready a headshot to end the gunner and wait till there are enough people to take care of the gunner with me.
