Leraii's government has managed to get the Military back under control, but fights between Pro-Akat and Anti-Akat civilians are still ongoing, and for some reason, a majority of the politburo is Pro-Akat, leading the Anti-Akat members of the Politburo to accuse Akat of blackmailing them. This in turn leads the Pro-Akat side to accuse the Lanist Khanagate of supporting the Anti-Akat civilians.
*It's seems that half of the majority of Army's officers are really started to against Pro-Akat's civil unrest for one main reason that basically loses alfieq's Army favors in supporting Pro-Akat's side, a heavy civil violence against non-combatant protesters within their own territories.
The Regional Officer denounces the Pro-Akat's side of Leraii Empire for somehow obtaining weaponry and causing a massive infrastructural damages, in which causes a terrible disruption for peace around the globe. He's also announced that Pro-Akat's side are now considering marked as an extremists (rebels) in alfieq's Army records of history archives.*
The SS starts an intense propaganda machine, using the pro-Akat factions as a proxy & cover. The television stations in Leraii are hacked externally and/or inside the station itself. Radio stations beam out the Akatian national anthem and tvs promote the Akatian lifestyle, country, peace and prosperity. People getting along nicely, loving each other.
Television hosts, journalists and the like are bribed and blackmailed just like the politicians.
The lead editor of the biggest anti-Akat newspaper is somehow involved in a car accident. *nudge* The pro-Akat factions set up loudspeakers throughout the towns and hand out flyers. They set up demo houses with Akatian decor and advanced technology. Maid-robots, ambient lighting, the comfiest beds and couches in the world, teleportation pods, glorious Akat!
The pro-Akat people are told to be very friendly to the anti-Akat people, however its the SS that is really pulling the strings, murdering people, deleting people, torturing people.

Anti-Akat leaders and politicians are being detained or shot by the SS. Airports and ports are being blown up by LongTom artillery with special silent bullets from the Natsu homeland to prevent escapees.

The fireworks stop and the wisps get back to work on the island defenses, finishing off the rest of the towers under construction. There are so many wisps now that many wonder if a massive swarm is really the best solution to every conflict. A decision has been made to find other methods.

The navy stealthsubs surround the Leraii country, just in case.
