Proposal for Defensive Pact between the Kingdom of Nevilo and the Crimson Empire
Conditions:
- The Kingdom of Nevilo will form Defensive Pacts with the Empires of Niko & Nucleep
In return, the Crimson Empire will:
- Provide Divisions to support the Kingdom of Nevilo if they request them.
Since Kingdom of Nevilo have enough civil wars & barbarian incursions within their own culture/borders for several hundreds of years, they're accepted the Crimson Empire's Defensive Pact.

The french people under Spanish & British control are started to become uneasy after Kingdom of Nevilo signed a defensive pact with the Crimson Empire, Niko and Nucleep Empire. The rumors has spread all over France that the Spanish would not be able liberate against the British's control if their former enemy, the British (several years ago) have also signed the defensive pact with all other four empires. Because of that, the tension has risen up at the french territory and might risk of forming a rebellion if one doesn't find a solution.

After Consideration, i finally agree on that "F.B - B to N" treaty. One more turn and the United Republic shall be born.
If only the North Sea was an NSZ, then i wouldn't have to do The Inevitable
