I propose a new rule. On Monday the powers of order are at their strongest, so "+" posts are worth 2. Meanwhile, on Friday the powers of chaos are at their strongest, so "-" posts are worth -2. As for timezones, I'll leave that up to the OP.

Interestingly enough, the way I decide between -1 and +1 is completely random, and there is a uniform distribution, adding to 0.
