A massive amount of light gathers above my head. I lift my sword up, and it travels down into it in a spiral pattern. The sword goes from its normal steel color to white, to a bright blue. I hold it next to my hip, as if it was in a sheath, and perform an upwards swipe at the minions who just arrived on the battlefield. A blue wave of light comes out in a fan-like pattern, slicing into each minion.

It is basically a Blue Charge Crystal, but takes 20 turns to create and adds 20 to a charge when used.

Also, I disarm an assault rifle mook and use his rifle to shoot a spear mook, unless they are all dead, in which case I use one of their spears on the Acolyte.
That's a bit counterproductive, don't you think?
Also, this is kind of finding a loophole to the "no blank charges thing", but I don't want it to become a big problem, so you I'll let you charge up for now, but you'd better find some inspiration in the future. Either that, or if you're saving it up for a bigger charge later in the game, then that's fine.

I get annoyed with the constant attacks, and go warp off to the end to pick off an Enderportation Amulet, giving me a 25% chance to dodge attacks and a 25% chance to deal double damage with an attack by ambushing someone. I also begin building a generic tank, with the special property that because it uses generic weapons, enemies have no clue how to counter it, because no matter how they defend against it its attacks always gain just the right properties to get past the defenses.

You don't have the power to do that, but you do manage to find a Enderdodge Token, which will give you a 25% chance to doge enemy attacks and 50% to dodge player attacks! However, it has a certain dodge power... it will slowly regenerate, but every dodge takes energy. If the energy is emptied, then it will enter a cooldown and cannot be used until its power is back to full.
Sure, it's kind of underpowered, but it is kind of a 1-post item.
