"Richard was an Omega+. You can't even be anything but an Alpha. This is going to be a curb stomp battle. And it's going to be you getting stomped."
As if on cue, a giant steel boot smashes into the Acolyte. It twists its heel, grinding over his avatar.
"And you don't even have enough power to merit the Narrative giving us plot based immortality. Oh, how STUPID you are, to think this is going to be of any use. Just give up, surrender, and we might not go scorched earth. Because that's what happens. Whether by our hand or yours."
A fire blasts the Acolyte from the searing depths of oblivion.
"Or I could just submerge you in the Void. You're NORMAL. You don't stand a chance against that."
I timestep to the Acolyte, now without a steel boot crushing him, and place what appears to be a purple portal beneath him. It opens to the other side of bedrock, and the insatiable maw of the Void.
I hold him in with hard-light that generates glyphs to block teleportation, but doesn't prevent the void from doing its work. I, of course, am better protected and I start giving him a good shaking to prevent him from thinking up proper counters. Like, he's suddenly represented as a spherical figure shaking. Then I fling him back out of the portal, which follows whatever path he takes.
When he lands (and he will, because there's a spell dragging him down no matter how fast he flies), he is shot like a cork into the depths.
The portal closes.
"Well, I don't think that will actually get rid of him, but a second-rate knockoff Godmodder ought to take some damage from that."

Ninja, that idea of "oh noes too many posts, not updating today!" would eventually lead to you having to deal with 50 posts, which leads to you just nopeing the whole thing and the game dies. Better to just update immediately and deal with 20 posts every day than to deal with 50 posts after a week.
I use my new Robotic Armor (6/6! I can only be conventionally damaged after my armor is destroyed. Use the HP you consider right keeping in mind the time I charged it) for defending against the killer pixies. I also shoot some rockets to NFHISEPIC.

Now that DTG2 is over, I'll have a lot more time to play forum games. Like this one, for instance!
Speaking of DTG2, I link the Acolyte to it, telling him that although it's slow at the beginning, it has a deep and huge backstory! The Acolyte decides to read it, and likes it so much that he stands in place and devotes all of his energy into reading through it! It takes him a very long time, but he manages to read through the entire thread. As he was reading, he was thinking of his own character that he could play as in the game. However, he then saw that the game was over, and he couldn't play it anymore! The Acolyte gets so upset that he doesn't have the heart or willpower to block the next attack thrown at him! At the very least, it makes the next attack against him more likely to succeed.
The Acolyte has already read DTG2! How he did it in the course of a week, I'm not sure.

Your spammed Drain Magic is reflected back at you, and thus it drains your power instead! Thankfully, the Acolyte doesn't recover anything, but it causes the rest of your attacks to fail!

I grab hold of the Acolyte's head, and throw him straight up into the air. 24 portals surround where he is thrown up, and spikes jut out of each portal, impaling him with each spike.
The Acolyte throws a portal upwards, and before he touches the spikes, he enters his portal and lands on the ground safely!

You make a good point. I've decided to pt out an update this morning rather than tonight. The fact I put a post limit doesn't help matters, as a lot of new people are joining.
I use my just built Robotic Armor for defense against the killer pixies and then I launch some rockets to TSFHISEPIC.
I help engie_ninja with his Atronach and ZEUS thingies, whatever they are. I start charging a SWAT-Demolition team to attack the castle.
I use my new Robotic Armor (6/6! I can only be conventionally damaged after my armor is destroyed. Use the HP you consider right keeping in mind the time I charged it) for defending against the killer pixies. I also shoot some rockets to NFHISEPIC.

Since no one has attacked the Acolyte since I did, I assume he is still impaled. The spikes retract, leaving him floating in a Null Gravity field. I drop him straight down onto his rock platform at such a speed the rock disintegrates.
The Acolyte was not impaled, causing this attack to fail!
I finished the POE shield on the acolyte last turn.

Also, releasing this post on DTG2 really made this a lot more well-known. This may be to be expected.
