I for one want to see cybernetic enhancements included in the game. I mean, there's redstone (AKA magic dust), there's iron... Everything you need to turn yourself into a cyborg! What could POSSIBLY go wrong?
How about having cheese you obtain in various realistic way and an peasant who buy milk buckets and sell cheeses.
What about a diamond-create-a-tron-that-runs-on-cheese?
How about making an option for playing minceraft when you want.
A world option where everything has already been built.
