I started getting disappointment when they began to call Purple Guy, Vincent and another name I believe. Also the begining of ships with Mike Shmict, Phone Guy, and a few other security guards...
I can't believe how this game started off as a simple horror game like Slender. Then it became an annoying fanbase, similar to that of Slender. It is now full of supporters making fan fics and stuff for Garry's mod. That really ticks me off.

In terms of strange Creepy Pastas and horror-based fanfics, yes. Not to mention the amount of molestations and violent ships there are within the fan base.
Well, now that this thread is back, I might also add FNAF fans. Not the normal ones, just the crazy ones that post 'weird fan art' of animatronics in love and go crazy about the game.
It's not even about the animatronics anymore. It's about the god forsaken security guards being shipped, and less and less I see those animatronics and more of that inappropriate stuff.
And I've seen 4 anime-styled Purple Guy.
Some even thought that Freddy Fazbear has the right to fight alongside Mario, Link, Kirby and other legends in Super Smash Bros.
Has there ever been a PC game introduced to Smash? If Freddy was made for consoles rather than PC, then he would be 'Smash' material. But Five Night's at Freddy's isn't exactly family friendly for those playing Smash, and therefore has no particular reason to be in Smash as well.
Yup, your right about the FNAF Fans, I forgot about those! The songs are getting boring and annoying, and the pictures and fanfics are just enough to make me puke.

In response to the whole fetishized Creepypasta fanbase hate, I would have to agree that its very annoying. I used to enjoy listening to CP narrations until a majority of fan fics started to becoming popular. Jeff (who's story was always terrible) became the lonely boy, Slenderman began to have way too many crossovers, and then came the creation Hobo Heart who looks like fan art of My Chemical Romance. To further ruin the community we had the FN@F boom and fan fics of that franchise started being accepted as CP material. The whole thing became too toxic that I haven't really tuned to a narration in a while.
In a similar vein I also don't fancy what is known as "soft-grunge" or pretty much anybody who treats Nirvana as gods.
Various Creepypasta fans are pretty awful. Sonic.exe mainly. A story containing some of the most overused cliches in "horror", hyper-realistic blood and gouged out eyes with red dots - not to mention haunted video game cartridges, strangers giving you video games out of nowhere, demons that pop out of said video game cartridges, said video game cartridges being hacked, haunted plushies... the list can go on and on. The only thing horrifying about it is the fandom, the fact that anyone stands up for that garbage to defend it as one of the greatest horror stories of all time is pathetic.

I'm pretty sure they're also violent in some ways.
They scare me, a lot.
Disappointment...a lot of it.
I can't really say a particular fanbase has ever annoyed me. Particular people yes, but a fanbase? never.
It's official
FNAF has taken over Scratch.

Skydoesminecraft in general I don't like.
Bronies are scary.
CoD fanboys
Creepypasta fangirls.
Is there a PAC-MAN fanbase, and would it suck? Cause I'm part of the PAC-MAN fan base that I don't know exists.
Minecraft is a spicy meme
There are a number of ways I'd expect bronies to be implicitly characterized, but "scary" is definitely not one of them. That one surprises me.
Well, they scare me and creep me out.

Jesus Christ (funny how that's a bit relevant) this thread's still going since 2013.
If this were 2012 then yes Bronies are, but this isn't then anymore. Now? I guess it's just a bunch of Youtube fanboys.

At least you don't have to stand against those pop music fans and backwater hipsters.
Explain "backwater hipsters."
Your common backwater people that is also happen to get their hands on whatever trending overpriced technology on the market and that sort of stuff.
It could never lead to anything good.
You mean like those people who bought Apple Watch or Google Glass?
