No matter how right you think you are there will always be some one standing by to correct you.
I've found myself falling for djent. Check out Glass Cloud, featuring Josh, The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza's epic ex-guitarist. (Anybody else sad that TTDTE broke up?)
Ok metalheads, I wanted to post an update over my new feelings for metal. I've had a year more full of knowledge and experience than the last times I've posted here.I'm way better at posting stuff now thanks to my experiences at the Metal Setlists Forums.I have a new found love for the underground scene, and am more open to new music, although my feelings for Doom/Black/Death Metal are still the same, with less hatred though.Glam metal is still my favorite genre, but I've also learned to not go all rage on someone because they don't like.I love the underground glam metal scene that's going in the world right now.Progressive metal and power metal are still some of my favorite genres, and I've expanded my knowledge and have found more bands that I like in the genres. I've also discovered why glam metal is actually considered metal, and it's part in the evolution of metal as a whole.I also highly suggest that if you like metal a lot, and want to discuss it more, go get an account on Metal Setlists forums, it's a really cool community and provides pretty helpful info. Now that all that's said, I would like to post a song by one of my new favorite bands that I've found a new love for, W.A.S.P.

Please don't tell me "oh they aren't metal" they're forms of metal and i love them all.
Pretty much any band which plays Thrash Metal and has a quick solo. My favorites are Metallica and Iron Maiden, but my two favorites songs are Fight Fire with Fire and Brave New World.

"The only good injins are tame." ~ Roderick Willis. I guess.

Iron Maiden isn't thrash metal but both are freakin' awesome.I'm not a really into thrash, but Metallica totally rocks! I'm more into power metal and glam metal.
Yeah Jeff passing hit me like a knife to the gut.
I know he'd been out of commission for something on the order of a few years now from a spider bite on his hand, and Arya and King were saying they weren't sure when he'd be able to come back.
Then he just passes from liver failure.
ing weird man.
I'm having trouble finding recent metal bands that I enjoy. Seems like the only bands I can tolerate anymore are The Big Four: , (All Metallica. That includes Load, Reload, S&M, Some Kind of Monster AND Death Magnetic. Not the picky boys who only like the first 4 albums), (R.I.P Mr. Hanneman) and . Oh, and don't forget and .

If you enjoy Overkill, you may like Havok, Exodus(Early stuff, anything with Baloff or Zetro), and Municipal Waste
For Slayer, you may enjoy Warbringer and Torture Squad
I've always found Bonded By Bloods first album to be rather similar riff-wise to Megadeth.

Few good aussie bands there.
Beyond Creation is some neat tech death.
The Faceless.
Decrepit Birth is pretty good too.
Septic Flesh, Greek atmospheric melodic death/doom. Also has some symphonic/black/avant-garde elements.
BMTH newest album is surprisingly amazing. I hope you won't mind me spewing my core stuff all over the place.
Car Bomb, mathcore. TTDTE, PsyOpus; PTH, TDEP.
Wish i could travel to London just to see Decrepit and Cryptopsy live...
Drunen time.
