If the Borg, Zerg and flood were to be suddenly thrown upon each other, which race would win?
The Borg are technological, adaptive and very assimilative. Their starships exceed the millions. The flood is entirely biological and parasitic, and their numbers exceed the trillions. They are very physically strong. The Zerg are hive mind, evolutionary and they're very quick and good at breeding and mutating. Zerg numbers exceed the billions.
Who would win? I'd say the Borg because they could build up immunity to the Zerg and Flood. The Zerg can change quickly, however, and they could possibly take them by surprise and have a constant amount of changing tactics and species to throw at them. The flood would probably be defeated, although they are by far the most numerous of the three races.
Zerg for sure. Even the flood would be rivaled in numbers by the zerg, quick to hatch, fast units with great mobility, and quick to nest. Even in sc2, they take over majority of the Koprulu Sector, infecting millions and birthing more to fight for hte Queen of Blades. Borg could possibly stall this however, since they have such advanced equipment and tech, because even sheer numbers has to bow to a more tactical force sometimes.
The flood can take over dead bodies though. That would give them a great advantage.
Not only that, but after taking the bodies of the dead (or alive) they gain their knowledge which means they have the ability to use weapons and know whatever the host knew.
Zerg i must say. Their population is way higher then the others, they have both melee and ranged. Ground and air. Acid and claws. They spread like a virus, and they might even infect the Borg. They are mindless beasts, they would tear their flesh and technology apart.

Though when the flood kill zerg and borg, they will gain both of their abilities and tech. The flood is my final decision on this one. The borg may have greater tech, but the flood will use it against them. The zerg may have a wide variety of units, but the flood will also take over them.

flood>borg>zerg
Dude the Zerg would over crawl and outnumber the flood. They would hide under ground and in secret lairs. They would use their instinct to strike at a perfect time. Don't forget, they cpuldalso infect them..

If the flood were to infect one of the Zerg that flood spore would gain all of the knowledge of that creature. With that it would also know the plan that was in effect and communicate with the other infected.
Even if (hypothetically) something were destroying the flood it would eventually (very quickly) hit one of those fat ass ones which would explode, damaging its surroundings, and releasing a good 15 - 30 small infection spores.
I was originally going to say borg, but I agree.
You can't exactly kill machines that can turn into basically anything.

I am the bone of my sword
Steel is my body, and fire is my blood
I have created over a thousand blades
Unknown to death, Nor known to life
Have withstood pain to create many weapons
Yet, those hands will never hold anything
So as I pray, Unlimited Blade Works
The Zerg are the easy winners here. They have extreme numbers and superior organization on top of amazing and diverse physical capabilities. Their adaptability and fast evolution allow them to overcome any obstacles in a short amount of time. They also have a history of destroying technologically-advanced races with ease.

I have to ask, have you ever played Starcraft?
Zerg are just mindless animals, essentially, aside from the Overmind and its Cerebrates (I'm going of the first Starcraft here; haven't played the Zerg campaign of the SC2).
Where is there to learn? They don't have technology. They don't have anything -to- learn; they're animals. Now I don't know what you are talking about, I will be honest, but by the sounds of it - so what? Zerg just make more. They take nukes like champions, for example. Oh, so you nuked a nest. Congrats, just six, seven, more to go!
And do not forget; one of the key features of the Zerg is assimilation. They assimilate useful species into a new creature, then add its DNA to the massive DNA pool of their larva. They now have a new unit to use against you. There's a reason there is something called the "Zerg Rush"
Borg. The Flood don't have any space faring capability. The Borg could easily just stay in orbit and fry the surface of any planet infected by the Flood. Not to mention the fact that the Borg are half robot, and would probably be immune to parasitic attackers.
I don't play Starcraft, so I'm not familiar with the attributes of the Zerg.

The flood are known for destroying advanced races with ease as well.
Just saying.
