From what I've seen so far with Windows 10, I can say I am not interested in it. Maybe some point in the future I will change my mind but for now I will stick with Windows 7.

You should do it soon before the free upgrade is gone
Not going to happen. I don't upgrade just for fun but out of necessity. I have no need for Windows 10 right now.
It literally costs nothing and is an objectively better OS. Why are you gimping yourself just to be cool and hipstery? Also how is longer support not a necessity?
Oh yeah well if you don't already have one then I guess a dvd would be cheaper. But most people have 4-8gb drives flying around somewhere which is why I suggested it.

The term "better" implies opinion. You can have yours and I can have mine.
Recent info released about the implications of upgrading. Among which is if you have Media Center installed, it will be removed.
I like the UI of W10 so far, so I'm definitely going to upgrade. I have no gripes with W8.1, so I don't have any problem with changing, if I don't like W10, I'll just downgrade.

I hope it allows a fresh install option. I would actually appreciate that as my computer is full of garbage.

I would love to if it let you do a fresh install, but... an in-place upgrade? Nah.
Speaking of in-place upgrades, have those improved since the early days of Windows? I've literally never had the need to do one.
Technical changes that improve performance and add productivity features are objectively better.

I don't have good internet at all. So no.
Hey everyone, I'm back!
Looks like you can do a fresh install of Windows 10 using the upgrade.
Pretty much guarantees I'm taking it, then.
