Get a Samsung 840 EVO SSD instead of the Intel one. Also, get a Radeon R9-270X instead of the 760, basically the same performance for less money. I would also consider switching the CPU to an FX-8320.
Personally i'f drop the PSU down to about 550W and get windows 8 over 8.1

What's the price and performance difference between the 760 and the 270X?

Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me.
According to that, the 760 averages anywhere from 5 to 15% faster, which fits seeing that it's just over 10% more expensive.
Aside from Battlefield, Bioshock, and Crysis 3, they are essentially equal. You're not going to notice the 2-3 FPS difference in other games. If you're a serious enthusiast for those games, it might be worth it, but otherwise not.
And why is it irrelevant? If I had a Shield and wanted to use it's streaming capabilities, $25 isn't much of a price to pay, especially considering that I already spent $250 on what would be a wasted device if I didn't have Nvidia's streaming capabilities.
If he's using the streaming capabilities, I suppose. It seems pretty useless IMO, but whatever.
Those benchmarks are for Battlefield 3, not 4. And I honestly don't know anyone who plays Bioshock.

I played Bioshock Infinite a while ago. And will when more DLC comes out...

Ok, ill do that.
What's better with W8?

Thanks for all of the fast and great replyes!
The Shield is 100% irrelevant to this. Playing brand favoritism will get you nowhere; the 270X is basically as good as the 760 for less money.

The 270X is approximately $25 cheaper than the 760.

I for one am not willing to pay $25 for a 2-3 FPS boost.
I never said anything about brands, I was just questioning the practicality of streaming to the Shield.
