The Radeon 5450 is a budget card, it will play Minecraft (just don't be expecting to use shaders). It won't play a lot of the latest games unless you put the resolution down to 800x600...My advice, find a PC with a better graphics card.
i am not that good at computers can i replace the card with something higher? and also whats the price on a little better one?
thanks for helping guys. also if i am looking for a good computer that would get me 60 fps what should i look for the more ram or a bigger graphics card?

Ok, so I just did a test with my computer thats running a Radeon 5450
Graphics: Fancy
Distance: Far
Advanced OpenGL: Off
And the results came in at 46 FPS
Hope this helps.
thanks a lot! now i know what i may want for x-mas
You'll get about 30+FPS.
IF you do want a good system though, go with an Intel i3 or an older AMD-FX.
Intel Core i3 performs about 8% better and is relatively the same price, but an AMD is easily overclockable.
Your pick. Also, if you want a Good Card; you can go for an NVidia GT 640 with 4GB @ about $100.
I use that W/ an Intel Core i5 and I get about 120FPS with my graphics set to full.
I can get about 40-60FPS with Shaders "Lite".
90FPS with Plant Waving Only.
80FPS with Water Shading only.
An AMD Trinity though will decrease framerate as well due to it's lack of superiority as an "Up-to-date" CPU.

Storage Controller: SATA II
Hard Drive: 160GB - SATA III - 7200 rpm
Optical Storage: 24X DVD±RW Dual-Layer Super-Multi Drive
Graphics Controller: RADEON 5450 - PCI Express x 16
Video Card Memory: 2GB Dedicated Video Memory
Digital Video Standard: DVI / mini HDMI
Power Supply: 480 Watt - AC 120/230 V ( 50/60 Hz)
Audio Output: Integrated - High Definition 8.1 Channel Audio
Networking: 10/100/1000 Ethernet
So anyways is that good? i am pretty sure it is but i just have to check before i buy it and waste a bunch of money.
It looks like a beginner PC. So maybe like 30 to 50 FPS.

Just no. Such a stupid recommendation there's no point in rebuking it.
OP, without a CPU model we have absolutely no idea how good that is besides the mediocre graphics card that shouldn't be in an APU build.

That sentence makes absolutely no sense. Please elaborate.
