MBAM doesn't offer any real-time protection, and won't interfere with your current antivirus.

I don't know anything about the autorun thing, that is usually found in program files, I have several instances of that file name on my computer.
Autorun is a file usually found on CDs that tells your computer what to do with the CD. Most CDs that you buy off the shelf are for installing software, watching movies, or listening to music. Gaming CDs fall into the software category because they will usually install the game before you play it. Music CDs will not usually do anything. They just contain audio files. Software and movies are different. They are scrambled and encrypted to prevent piracy. However, they all follow the same basic method where the computer can understand the information no problem, but the user can't. This means that your computer can play a movie, and display it correctly, but browsing through the files will look like 'movie segments' that cannot be played normally. They are also protected so that you cannot copy them. This is where autorun comes in. It tells the computer how to actually play the movie and make it look normal. It is obviously also encrypted.
Okay. I have had people suggest avast!, bitdefender, and Malwarebytes.
so really what free one is best? I have Trend Micro so what is a good free pair?
I would suggest AVG free. It has worked for all my old windows computers, but if you really don't want virus problems, I would suggest getting a mac. A lot of people make fun of them, but they are really quite powerful, and are almost immune to viruses right out of the box. They use a method called sandboxing that says that when an application runs, it has a limited area of disk storage that it is allowed to use. If it wants to access files outside that area, you get a message, and you can deny it, or enter your password. I have been using a mac for about 2 years, and have never had a virus problem. I have had some other problems, but never viruses. The biggest problem I have ever had with my mac is my backup drive and my main drive got corrupted at about the same time. And both could be fixed straight from my computer without spending any money getting it fixed.
I'm not trying to convince you to buy a whole new computer if you don't need one, but it's just my experience incase you ever do need a new one.

Could anyone state what the virus protection offers and what makes it better than others,?

MBAM Premium does, but I don't think he's terribly interested in paying for two antivirus programs.

Okay. I looked up on some of the stuff, I heard that having 2 AVs can conflict and make the security go whack-o. But it did say you can have 1 AV 1 anti spyware and 1 anti malware.
So whats a good pair for Trend Micro Titanium?

You should have only one AV running real-time protection at once. Standalone scanners like TDSSKiller, Hitman Pro, Spybot S&D, MBAM*, MBAR, etc. are fine to have, as they aren't all running concurrently in real time.
*MBAM offers real-time protection, but nobody actually uses the real-time protection it offers

Worm_Agent.sps
I looked it up and I found it is a worm, and it is installed secretly by visiting a website or malware downloads it.
It said to look up "AUTORUN.INF" I found 3 things:
1 file named AutoRun.inf
1 document named AutoRun.inf
1 document named autorun.inf
I do not really want to delete them, as it may trigger somthing of the sort.
So what do I do with these files?

Whatever you read must have been at least 15 years old if it classifies them as different things.

I've used AVG before, and it's OK, but yeah, I currently prefer Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
