Could be better? Please, Tell me how, I think this will do just fine. and can run ALL games on Ultra-Settings Smoothly.
you dont need a full verison, OEM is cheaper and the same.
RAM looks over prices, may not be though.
change the heatsink to something that will be better at overclocking, the one you have doesnt look to be able to do much.
Case is a little lack luster for a $1500 build.
Mouse and keyboard look a little cheap again, for a $1500 build...

1.) Full version of What?
2.) That is the cheapest 8GB RAM out there, Have you even looked at the prices? (You don't need expensive RAM)
3.) I'm not over-Clocking this build. it will do just fine.
4.) Lack Luster? What does that even mean? I already have it and it looks Very nice to me, and has Great airflow and Cable management.
5.) I'm sorry? I'm not buying a $100 Mouse. I do not see a diffrence. It's a keyboard, Dude. Why spend And extra $200 On The mouse and keyboard? Makes 0 Sense. I only buy what is needed. I don't need any fancy things to make things look cool.
I think you need to do your research before you tell people what is better.
It is good but needs to be refined. Working from the bottom up:
for the mouse get a g400 or a wmo, for the keyboard just get ANYTHING else, really. Monitor is fine if you don't want/need 120hz, psu is fine but I would go to a 700-750w one to be safe, just incase you want to xfire 7970's in the future, I would get rid of the got dam wifi adapter and find a way to get ethernet, way to ruin a great gaming rig by playing on wifi, won't be an enjoyable experience online. Video card is good, as long as it supports overvoltage then get it, ssd is good but a plextor m5s would be better, memory is fine but seems to be awfully expensive for what you get? Heat sink is good but you won't be able to push the cpu to the max with it, the cpu itself is good but an 8320 is the same thing and a couple bucks cheaper. The 8350 is binned higher though so you should be able to get a higher overclock, but it would only be .2ghz or so so its not really THAT important.

Full version of windows. it comes in OEM and full version. pretty much no difference, although the OEM is usually a bit cheaper.
last time i checked ram was $10 cheaper.
If your not overclocking then the stock heat-sink would be just fine....
i meant lack luster as in a $1500 build in a $50 case. but whatever, cases are mostly opinion anyways.
You could of gotten a nice mechanical keyboard that would perform wonderfully to any membrane. but whatever.
And i have done my research.

$50 Case eh? I paid $110.
Getting a better heatsink is OPTIONAL. It's only $19 and it will keep it a bit cooler because I will be using it alot. I have a $2,000 Budget An extra $20 will not hurt.
Ram $10 Cheaper? WOW. a whole $10!? Haha i'm sorry, But look you're freaking out over the TINY things that won't really impact the PC's Preformace.
give me a link to a cheaper Windows 8! I would like to see. If it's $10 cheaper it's not worth it. the OEM version you're talking about has Limitations. Nobody likes that.

Well, you did state you had a high budget.
Pros of buying a $60+ mouse/keyboard:
------------------------------
1) Better build quality. It will last MUCH longer.
2) Better drivers.
3) More features.
4) More comfortable.

Sorry! It is impossible to get Ethernet hook-up in the room it's in. The WiFi will have to do. My router is a BEAST. It does just fine with my other PC's So it's all good
Well, i'm not planning on over-clocking. I love the processor and Don't want to switch honestly. Price is Not an issue at all so it's not a big deal.
About the Power-Supply Oops! I'm not getting that one, I thought i changed it a long time ago. thanks for pointing that out! I got a 750Watt Power-Supply. It's the same model i believe.

Haha. Well if i don't like them i'll just buy new ones. or use my Lenovo Keyboard. Thank's for the Advice though.
I've looked around for a Red-Backlit Keyboard before, didn't have any luck. To me it's not worth the money to spend about 150-200 On a keyboard and mouse. I would rather put that into the Machine, And honestly i wasn't asking for opinion's On my mouse and keyboard >.< I was just seeing if you guys liked it, and maybe it would help other people looking for a PC Around $1,500. That's all.
Hey Wolley. You don't remember me? Haha. You helped me out with this build about a month ago!
- I need the Processing power.
- I Don't want to buy a Cheap PSU because, I don't want my Computer Blowing up. Lmfao.
Remember? I was the guy with the $1,800 Budget. Heh.
Could be better? Please, Tell me how, I think this will do just fine. and can run ALL games on Ultra-Settings Smoothly.
The 8320 can be overclocked to 8350 speeds.
Also, he didn't mean low quality PSU, he just meant that one is a bit overprices. Seasonic has a good one which is a bit cheaper and still modular.

The Sidewinder X4 keyboard has red backlit keys and is only $60.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.
Though may not necessarily agree with the suggestions I made, I'd through IU'd post this to put things into perspective: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GXkX
A lot of the changes are really minor, things like a slightly cheaper CPU, motherboard, RAM and SSD, with the price differences of each being around $10-30 at most. However, with all of them added together, it's actually around $100 cheaper than the build in the OP, which is pretty significant. Performance and functionality is still pretty much the same, plus I've also changed a couple of other things:
Whether you go with the suggestions above or not however, I would recommend switching the power supply, graphics card and network card to what I suggested though. Similar prices, but the power supply offers better quality, graphics card has an unlocked voltage and the network card has better connectivity.
Either way though, looks like a pretty sweet build you have there.
^ This guy. I give you (5/5) Diamonds. This is what i was looking for.
Recommending Minor things without Criticizing The build.
Thank You!
Look's great but Some of the things are out of personal preference. Money isn't an issue with this build. Thanks Alot though. I will probably go with the RAM you Recommended and the Power Supply. And maybe a few others.
Haha. I'm getting that Keyboard now. thanks for posting. I really have been looking for one under $60 atleast.
you have no choice but to get proper peripherals. What is the point of running games at a nice fps when you can't control your character properly and you have inconsistent and innacurate movements. Get a proper mouse, like a g400/mx518/wmo (they aren't expensive) and a proper mouse pad like a ss 9hd/qck/qck+, razer destructor/goliathus, etc. Also does not cost a whole lot of money. Keyboard is less important, but still very important.

I don't think i'll get banned. I hope not anyways. I love that song though, I'm going to get a better mouse.
What do you think? I Already have the case and i'm buying all the parts Tomorrow, Really exited!
