You can customize it so it has a dedicated graphics card. If you're buying a laptop for gaming, you ABSOLUTELY MUST get one with a dedicated graphics card. Integrated graphics have come a long way, but they can't hold a candle to a dedicated GPU.

I don't know why all of you people say hp laptops have bad cooling. in the past maybe but not now. their desktops have bad cooling ik.
My laptop is an envy dv6 with i7 3630 qm quad core 2.4 ghz processor. 2gb vram nvidia 630m ( should've gotten the 650)
750 gb hard drive. 8 gb ram.
No cooling issues and i run minecraft with ease. in fact it is extremely cool.

I have a 1 year old HP laptop with a side that has cracked from heat. My friend recently got a new one and has a lot of cooling issues, and he only has a APU.
Proud member of the MCF AWA war of '13! if someone suggests Alienware or Cyberpower, wait for a custom-built list from someone who knows their stuff. Meh Rig
I am currently thinking about getting an alienware only because my friend has one and he loves it, but I am still open to any suggestions or better prices, I am actually using a toshiba that is my moms and have tried minecraft on it, and it always crashes, and it also makes the colors go weird and its crazy.

Yes I would really like a laptop so I can take it places. Also It would be used for school work if needed but t would mainly be for minecraft.

Im also thinking about a mac laptop from apple, but still looking. I would like to keep it under 700 because of the time it would take to save up for it.
NEVER get an Alianware, they are overpriced and will suck.
THIS will do fine. http://www.newegg.co...N82E16834310645
although if you told us your budget we could help you alot more.
Are you like someone who works on computers because I could use some help, also is a mac good?

Macs are bad, you can't run a steady rate on macbook air. Pro is okay for graphical games. But you could get a lot better power for your money with a pc. Look at razorblade pcs they are the same as a macbook pro thin and are very powerfulunder 700 wont get you a GOOD Mac. get the samsung that the guy said. It is the best you can get for your budget
How much can you spend on this, what currency is that?
Is there anything else you wish to use the laptop for. Or is it only Minecraft.
Do you really need a laptop - a desktop can get much better quality for much lower price.
I am here for you, Don't be afraid to send me a message.
