I would say get a different GPU, but I guess it's the best one you can get with your budget. Anyway, looks good. I have that exact same mobo and CPU btw
You'll have to use the rebates, but it's worth it.
Iunno man, the CX430 V2 is decent enough, especially for $20 less. I could probably shove a 7850 in, I guess. It'll depend on how hard I can convince my dad.
The way I see it, for $10, why the hell not go 6300? It's barely any money for something better.
The mobo, eh, doesn't look like it'll work well for OCing in the future. The way my setup is now, all I'd have to do is slap a 212 EVO or something on it and I would be able to OC it fairly well.

My build was centered around getting the 7850 in.

Because you can get a better GPU by saving the money there.

Overclocking won't do you very much with a low end GPU.
It's on a 770 NB. Doesn't that mean I'd have to have an CPU to flash the bios to a newer version?
EDIT:
Know what? Since my original budget was $540, I can fit a 7850 in by just removing the optical drive, I can just temporarily take it from the comp I'm currently using and install the OS that way.

New build in OP.

For the budget though, you won't get much better than ASRock for the price. Quite solid mobos.
Just don't go Gigabyte if you need a mobo for less than $110-130 or so.
