So its connected thorught the usb port and stuff. Same for Java, if I'm running a Java program how do I make it so when can run an .exe or other runnable file? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Yes............ well only if you have an ethernet shield... you can connect to your computer through the 2 way ethernet and control your computer from there. I'm not sure HOW exactly.. But I do have an arduino, and know that an ethernet shield is EXPENSIVE, I'm talking $150. now if you're using ordinary java, which arduino is NOT, a simple way to run minecraft (if its even what you're trying to do) is like: -java (something else here I can't remember) <FILE NAME>.jar and if you are wanting to mod minecraft you need to do -java (the stuff i cant remember) minecraft.jar. i can try my hardest to find out how to use a USB port. But like 99.99999999999999999999% of stuff like that is ethernet shield, so I have to find that 0.00000000000000000001%.
Well, you'd have to connect to the PC somehow, through usb or something like that, then you'd need a driver so the PC would know how to interpret the commands, then you would have to either have a secondary program do the actions you want to, or the driver possibly could if you wrote it yourself.
