I have a 410, and I must say that it's an awesome case. Although to be honest, I'd say you'd be better with something simpler like a Bitfenix case. The 410 is awesome in terms of features and looks, but that kind of look can get boring after a while. I'm not sure if people get bored of their simple cases too, though.
The 500R is a beautiful case-- an opinion of course. However, its ease of assembly, features, cooling, and noise performance are pretty much unparalleled.
I'm a sucker for the 500R, but that's just me I suppose. The 410 is too complex for my tastes.

I never did post a lot, but now I'm leaving forever. This forum in general is a joke, with the crappy mods, handing out infractions like nobody's business, and just being plain stupid. There's that and there's the amount of stupidity that members hold nowadays. XDA Developers and OCN here I come!

Tons of hate warning.
I'm honestly not a fan of Corsair cases.
It just so happens there is a top comment that is a reply to this exact question on Linus's unboxing...
but anyways...
I personally like the 500R more, I kinda have OCD and prefer cases that are more "aerodynamic" as Linus put it, and I also prefer cases to be symmetrical, but that's just me. Also, I really like the 200mm side fan on the 500R.
I'd get the Phantom 410. I was leaning towards getting the 500R, but when someone told me that you have to regularly clean out the front mesh because the dust is so easily seen, it turned me off it.
Not really regularly, unless you live in an attic, I would say remove it, and vaccum it real quick every few weeks.

My opinion? I prefer the Corsair 500R in looks.
Thinking about coming a mod to simply not moderate.
