Reported this so it could get moved to the proper section (as this is more about PC upgrading than Minecraft)
I assume this is the Asus Netbook by what you posted, and right there is your first, foremost, and biggest problem. You aren't going to be able to do anything to it, short of installing Optifine. Netbooks are basically impossible to upgrade.

Install Optifine, turn all settings down. That alone should atleat double your framerate if mot triple it. The only other option that could help you would be to assign more RAM to minecraft. Try googling it, there are many tutorials about it.
If minecraft needs more than 512MB's of RAM you are either doing it wrong or using mods, at which point you won't need more than the default 1GB.
sorry but as i said in an earlyer post i dont know alot about pc's so i dont know what a PCI-e slot is and i dont know what you are refering to by a 6450 or 6570 i do know what most other pc hardwear is but i dont know anything about softwear other than the basics i can get the nane of the motherboard if it will help

First off, start by actually using proper spelling. I don't care if you aren't fluent in English, mistakes like "hardwear" are corrected by the built in spell check (which admittedly I never use)
Your post is incomprehensible to me, although if you have a 945GTP it's best to just get a new PC.

Neckbeards! Doctor Cichocki does not approve of stupidity and neither do I, stop the spread of damned useless rules!
Sorry I know my spelling is crap I will try to keep it readable (where is the built in spell check I cant find it)
it might take me a while but I have been considering saving up for a new motherboard , processor , and ram and upgrading the one I have but I don’t currently have the skills to do this nor do I know what parts I will need what would you suggest?

You can't upgrade a laptop, and your desktop is so old you'll need to replace everything.
So really, take my advice, just start from scratch.
For now I will mostly just use it for games but I might do more in the future as for how much I'm willing to spend on it well I guess that depends on how much I can save also I have a friend who is really good with PC's he builds his own and everything so I might get him to help me out as it would be a lot easier but thanks for the offer.

2. That processor is something the dinosaurs made
The only thing to do is to get a new PC.
Anyway, if this doesn't work:
* reinstall windows
* make sure drivers up to date
* get newest version of java
* install optifine
* Disabling as many of these options as possible:
Then nothing is going to work, get a new compuer.

Your desktop is roughly I'd say 7-8 years old.
So no.
(unless you put something like a 6450 or 6570 into it)

You need a new computer.
