That is probably the only improvement you can make. If your not overclocking don't get an aftermarket cooler, you could have gotten a faster and bigger SSD :).
I would still put in a z77 mobo, and a 3570k in there though. You never know when you would want to overclock also the re-sell value of locked components is low.
