Some of them have decent builds, but that page and the next made me want to jump out a three story house.

I agree, it's a waste of time trolling people on the internet or trying to change their opinions. Doing so is like trying to convince people waiting in line for the next Apple product that Android is better. It's just not worth it.

Forgive me guys.... (I havnt delt with Nvidia for ages now)... but doesnt the GTX690 have 2 cores in it... so 3 690's=6cores... yet, the FSB/bios can only handle 4GPU cores?

The 690 has two 680 GPUs on a single PCB. And as far as I know you can only have quad-SLI or CrossFire.
It would be kinda hard to find a decent single-slot cooler for the 690 though, or have a motherboard with tons of space between the PCIe slots.
