My wife and daughter play Minecraft using a PS4 and an iPad 6th generation (iOS 16.3). Recently they have been having problems connecting from the PS to the iPad.
The iPad is running MC: Bedrock, PS is running standard MC. The error they see is unable to connect to world.
We have tried deleting the application from both systems and re-installing it. We have confirmed that the iPad can connect to a world on the PS.
We have been having the same issue with all IOS devices and Xbox devices. No fixes located online appear to work. Deleted the app and reinstalled, confirmed versions are identical, reset the router and network, went into Xbox Live and verified all settings, deleted "friends" from all devices and added them again, restarted the devices, restarted the games, loaded a world and saved it followed by going to friends game, invited friends, and set all NAT settings to open... nothing worked. The game may work fine on PC, but we cannot get multiplayer to function on iPad or Xbox devices, even when when pairing identical devices on a home fiber-optic network. If anyone discovers a fix, we would love to know what it is.

Please pass me some ideas of what to try next.
