Hi guys so I plan on buying this PC for my brother for his birthday and I need to make sure this PC can actually run games like Minecraft. Here are the specs:
Processor Type: Intel Pentium Quad Core J5005D
Processor Speed: 1.5 GHz
Processor Cores : 4
Processor Cache: 4MB SmartCache
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2400MHz
Hard Disk Drive Capacity: 1 TB
Hard Drive Speed (Revolutions Per Minute): 5400 rpm
Optical Drive: 8X DVD+/-RW
Graphics Card: Intel UHD Graphics 605
The only thing I'm mainly concerned about is the 1.5ghz quad core processor, is that going to run minecraft fine?

Thanks!
should be okay but i would still not recommend it
I use this for a custom bedrock server, the same CPU the pentium silver J5005 quad core with a base freq of 1.5ghz and 2400ghz 8gb DDR4.
its fine for that purpose, but I wouldn't recommend it for the client.
The graphics hardware is too weak for that and the processor clock speed is too low.
You should opt for something with an AMD Vega 8 iGPU bare minimum in my opinion,
if you want a PC for your brother to run Minecraft the way its intended.
