Hi, I'm needing to know is this computer considered great for Minecraft, what are the cons (if you know any) and what type of FPS do you think Minecraft will output on this Desktop?
Hosting a server? Never thought about it, so probably not, just really wanna play with friends online. I have a Laptop right now with core i3 4005U CPU @ 1.70GHZ 6GB ram 64 bit processor, and get usually around 50-70 FPS on Fancy Graphics, VSync On, 8 render chunk, Clouds Off, depending whats being displayed on the screen on minecraft and what currently is going on (ex. TNT exploding, many mobs, world loading, etc)

Oh and i should ask, what resolution are you going to be using on your monitor?
I never try to do "over do" minecraft as you really dont need super high chunk loading, the computer I have now, I've stated my specs above in another reply, and I already get around 50-70 FPS with VSync On, Fancy Graphics On, Clouds OFF, VBOs ON, 8 Render Distance.
The resolution is on my current monitor is 1400x900, definitely not the best, I will definitly change that overtime, just as of now, focused on a new computer, thanks for asking
Yeah, I'm not trying to host a server, It has 8GB Ram and can support 16GB ram, which i might actually make it that, for more fluid multitasking, what about recording with OBS and playing Minecraft? With the 8GB ram and the 16GB ram, will it still handle the 60 FPS?
You should be fine with the specs since you are not hosting a server.I can recommend you maybe dedicate two-three GBs for your minecraft game and the rest should be useful for your recording software. (If you are just playing vanilla minecraft, 2 GB should be enough).
Look for something with an Intel i3 or i5. I seriously cannot recommend any AMD processors are they are all extremely outdated at this point.
How much are you paying for this PC? I'm sure I can find you something better for the money, as the RX 460 isn't the best GPU for the money, and the FX-8320 is definitely not the best choice.

Thanks for your help.
Are you trying to host a server on this computer?
I honestly think you could get a nice fps if you dont overdo the video settings.
I personally have a pc thats not low-end, but bordering whats considered low-end.
10 chunks render distance, no Alternate Blocks, Fast graphics, no clouds, No VBOs, No Entity Shadows, and No Vsync.
keep everything else default and you might get 30+ fps.
should do well although I would rather get a i3 6100

and if your wondering this pc should be good enough to get around/over 60 fps on decent settings
If you're not trying to host a server, this computer will run Minecraft with no issues whatsoever. Likely a consistent 60+ FPS if you want a number.
If I helped in any way, feel free to drop me an Internet:
