I've had computers built for me in the past but have never put one together myself. With that said, I'm rather computer inept while having had very well put together computers. I need a decent computer that wont lag during live streams of games such as GTA V, Modded Skyrim, and modded Minecraft, while having teamspeak or skype open. I've a budget for the computer at $500.
I also need a monitor, or two. The kicker is, I'm color blind so I've never been the best at telling of the quality is good, but my fiancee is not and she does graphic design and other art projects through Photoshop. I honestly haven't a clue about a ballpark range for monitor costs, so I'll just throw out and say $150? Thanks in advance.

Does the $500 include a copy of Windows? Even if it doesn't, that's a pretty small budget.

This build is a bit over budget, but that's because the GTX 1060 just came out, so what a couple weeks and it should come down to around $520-530

You might have trouble streaming GTA V on an i3, it's a pretty demanding game.
Thanks guys, I guess I should raise the bar to more $600-700. Ive an IT friend who will put windows on a computer for me so that's no issue.
