This build is the same as the $999 BestBuy PC, but it doesn't include Windows. You can search up how to get Windows 10 for cheap/free, although some of the ways aren't exactly legitimate.
I'd be hesitant to recommend a WD blue since the way it treats error recovery can mean that over time you accumulate corruption that isn't reported in SMART.
You will be fine with an i3 if all you play is Minecraft, but if you play other games I would definitely get an i5.
You don't need an SSD, but they will make your PC feel a lot snappier. They don't affect FPS, but your PC will boot faster and load apps faster.
If you want a AMD Radeon card, I would go with the R9 390, however the GTX 970 is basically the same price for the same performance. I prefer Nvidia, but AMD is fine.
The LED lights should work fine, although they will get annoying after a while

I would imagine an SSD would matter a lot for minecraft.
I haven't done any kind of tests, though. But an SSD could easily affect your framerate in a lot of games.

The only thing an SSD could affect is chunk loading in Minecraft. I swapped MC from my HDD to my SSD earlier and didn't notice any performance different.

BUT does it have a 64 bit system and stuff so i can get 64 bit java to get more RAM on to minecraft? =D
It does have 64-bit Windows, so that should be no problem.
Remember, allocating more ram to Minecraft doesn't always give better performance. Start out with allocating 2gb, and if Minecraft is using all of it, then allocate more.
It will look OK for Minecraft with Shaders and tons of mods. Yet, you need the budget-friendly PC good for extreme gaming since the PC you suggested was almost unfeasible for some purposes.
It's a lot worse than getting a desktop. Laptops aren't nearly as fast as desktops for the same price, and especially not the razer blade since it doesn't have a dedicated GPU

Say this:
OK so here is what im thinking of
https://pcpartpicker.com/user/NepenthesLucas/saved/#view=G9bqqs
Can I do with and i3? Also, do I NEED an ssd?(does it give more FPS?)
Could a get a radeon card? there cheaper and alot of people say they're pretty good.
Lastly, the case I chose has no "lights" in it, is there a LED strip that I could put around the window?

The lights will dit my keyboard. XD
Hello!
So i decided to sell my drone for this comp
