So I need a better PC for my Gaming and Graphics, but I don't know what to do, well not rlly. I made this build but people say they're absolutely crap. So I'm looking for a PC that's nowhere over $800. if it's $801 and above, I'm not accepting it. I need the best I can get for using Minecraft, Cinema4D, Photoshop CC, and After Effects CC. I want to keep at least 8 GB of RAM, the HDD and SSD, OS (Windows 8.1), and the Monitor. Anything else you can change to your will. I need help with this badly! Thanks for everyone that gives me support!

Slightly over, no monitor or OS, but someone else looking at this thread might have OS and monitor and find this helpful, idk http://pcpartpicker.com/p/z7dtFT its Intel - Nvidia though
Corners were cut. Build doesn't consist of 100% quality components, but there's nothing overly bad and it'll perform quite well. Drop the SSD if you want it under $800 before rebates and get it later when you have the cash. It's better to go without an SSD for a while than need to buy a whole new graphics card or other component - the PC will work just fine without it.
As much as i'd like to chuck an FX-6300 in there to drop the cost, I can't really recommend it as the AM3+ platform doesn't really offer an upgrade path at all anymore, and Intel will generally perform better on most lightly threaded and gaming related tasks anyway. After owning an overclocked FX-8320, it still didn't match up to the older (stock clocked) i7 2600K I replaced it with, no matter what I threw at them. I probably won't be going back to an AMD CPU unless they pick up their game significantly.
Thanks for all the help you guys have been giving me! I will allow anyone to change the Monitor IF it contains a low refresh rate, and is a 1920 x 1080 monitor.
Drop down to an i3, the motherboard is absolutely horrid.
Probably a good idea, yeah.
That said, it's cheaper to upgrade from a a cheap (but functional) $45 motherboard to something decent costing another $80 or so than it is to drop over $120 on an i3 then spend another $160 on an i5 later.

Okay, if it's so horrid, build one YOURSELF. as long as it contains 8-16GB of RAM, The Monitor is a 1920x1080, keep the OS as it is, and have it under $800, your good.

Okay, I see nothing that resembles NVIDIA anywhere.
New build, upping the price to under 1.1K. Can mod this in any way, but keep the Monitor and OS as always. (Change the monitor if it's better but is still 1920x1080 and nothing lower.)

That's hard, do you absolutely need and SSD AND a HDD? And are there any old monitors/OS Disks hanging around your house?
Slightly cheaper (after mail-in rebates, slightly more before rebates) and more powerful: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qQY823

Okay, here's games that I plan to play.
CS:GO, Terarria, Minecraft.
And I only plan to use Adobe Photoshop and After Effects + Cinema4D for editing photo and video.
Just so you know what I expect to use with this build.

*Some Intel B85 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs.
The RAM choice was horrid. $100 bucks for 8 gigs?
And why is there a Micro ATX motherboard in a 1k Build?
Mobo is a B series, while CPU is a K series, waste of cash.
Not sure about PSU.
Good SSD choice, but the 250 gig I believe is better price / capacity.
Thanks for feedback
Better in pretty much every way, extremely overkill for MC..
