My cousin is also into gaming and wants a PC. She wants to play/record minecraft at 40 fps and above and also have mods (like me). She would also like to use shaders, but it isn't necessary. She doesn't have as much money as I do, so her budget is $600. She wants windows 7, and the case BitFeniz Neos White/Purple (if unable because of parts, then the NZXT Source 530 is ok).
How is this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qyH8CJ (I got it from another thread) (though it doesn't have the Corsair 760T)? Could it get 60fps playing/recording minecraft with mods (possibly shaders)?

Like how it would do playing and recording minecraft. And how it would do with mods and shaders (recording).
Vanilla Minecraft it'll run fine. Shaders should run fine also (with no other mods installed). Just mods (no shaders) depends on the mods. Both shaders and mods will lag no matter what computer you have unless there's only a few mods installed.
Yes, but rebates also require you to have that amount before rebates before you can get the rebate itself. Therefore being overbudget. It seems that most of you don't realise this.

I said BEFORE REBATES. as in before the discount of the rebates is taken off..
Not sure where you're getting the whole $9 over budget thing. The total is $792. OP's budget is $800.
edit: Seems like you were lookng at the build that the OP linked. I linked this which is $792, not $809.

I choosed pentium because the amd 6300 Did not fit in the budget with the case, and can be upgraded to a i5 later on
i5 4690k - Asus Z97-A - 8GBx2 of G.Skill DDR3 1600 - 2xCrucial BX100 500 Raid 0 - MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr
NZXT Phantom 630 Black Windowed - EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W - Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 15.04
Macbook Pro 13 with 512gb ssd - iPad Air 2
Cheaper and better: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6sMTqs
How would it do in performance (as an estimate)?
Performance on what?

Technically $9 over budget but whey.
No it's not? Before rebates it's $8 under budget.

What's wrong with the builds posted in this thread?
I didn't include 760t because they're like $200. Keep in mind I didn't include an optical drive.
(I have never tested any of these parts and I can therefore never guarantee no faults.)

You could probably get a OS on Reddit for ~20 bucks, but that's a pretty dodgy practice and I don't [know if I'm allowed to] recommend it.
