Can't say I'm surprised about the results; I'm on 5Ghz WiFi, whilst sitting in a basement of a house built in 1890 with the router upstairs. On Ethernet, my speed is 130 down, and 20 up.

I just got new internet. Edit: So I've determined that my current Dell laptop does not have gigabit ethernet, which actually makes it so that I do not get the full speed. My old Lenovo thinkpad, however, has a gigabit ethernet card and I end up getting 164 mbps down with it.
Maybe if I weren't using wireless and using wired instead, it would go faster.

I should be hitting a slightly higher download speed, but it is 5 PM so that's forgivable.
This is my result. But why is my download speed super fast while my upload speed is slow? Curious...

After my 5th attempt I finally did it
Weird,Speed test said my download speed is 0.9 MBPS,although the fastest thing I get is 120 KBPS.
Not a suprise because of my location........Libya
So? if anyone knew that I am using Libya Telecom and Technology,what would happen?
