Here is some I notice. Your first test is slower than the next one. So I guess the isp was checking during the first one. Here my second test on the closest server:
European are so lucky with your fast internet and such.
This cost me 100 US dollars a month AKA 75 euro's It's the fastest they offer to residents in my area. Business's can get up to 100 with 50 upload for an outrages price.
what I don't understand is why internet company's can't offer the same upload rate and download rate together? like we are trying out a faster net that's 50mb down and 10 up. why couldn't it be 50 both ways?

The average person generally download more then uploading. (Eg. Youtube, Web Browsing) It's how the ISPs save money instead of giving you a 50mbps down and up. Most people would like 50mbps down but would never need 50mbps up.

Ireland: didnt cop onto the internet until Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Yahoo came to Dublin.
Im very lucky to be better then 65% of Ireland.
Internet here is rediciously expensive and nobody likes the main phone/internet provider Eircom. (They were the first to roll out Superfast Fibre Cable in my area so we immediatily bought it, even after they were delaying our installation by 6 months.)

That is considered better then 65% of the country? That is about on par with my own and it is better then 95% of the US. It is quite sad really...
