From a remote client of mine, he said he got this brand new desktop off ebay for just under $600 (MSRP being ~$950 for this model):
Obviously the specs are wrong.
The OS is almost entirely nonfunctional outside of RDP and a couple select other things. There are a few of these fake windows ISOs that are just really screwed up versions of windows that still barely limp along, but I've never actually seen one installed on a computer in the wild like this.
Wendows 7 Ultimate by Miarosoft! With 5 bit OS and 3333+ ghz! It's over 3332 thousand!!!
Well anyway, just have some tech support fix it. I'd recommend going to Bestbuy to get it fixed. Then again, I trust nobody but the big companies soo....Also, to all the buyers reading this, I'd recommend not buying from random strangers. There's a reason they're selling it.

FM87 is the tech support, he runs a computer shop and this was his client's computer
Bestbuy's Geeksquad is just godwtf at times, and their prices are insane most times

You're doing the exact opposite of what you should be doing. The big business only care about your money. Best Buy takes people off the street, makes them watch a video to learn how to sell you stuff (cause they work on commission), and when they try to fix your stuff, they just throw a CD in and hit go.
The local shops run by the nerd down the street are the places to go. They know what the hell is going on with computers. That is exactly what fm87 does.

Good point. It's just that I have trust issues.

Then you shouldn't be trusting the big companies. My Dell laptop had something blow in it last year. I smelled smoke. I sent it in, and all they did was replace the keyboard and bottom chassis!

Damn, that sucks. I only go to big companies/people I don't know if it's my last resort. Usually/always I just ask my brother in law and he comes back with my laptop in a few days, fixed.

All joking aside are you gonna take the seller to court?
It's not his computer, it's one of his clients he was helping remotely.
Not mine, but no you can't sue people over ebay.
