Yesterday I was on my way to class, when a black cat fell from the sky. I didn't really know what that nonsense was about so I asked him if I could step around him because he was bad luck, but he simply meowed and then disappeared. I was a bit worried that maybe he'd teleported to Afghanistan or somewhere equally dangerous, but a wizard came and assured me that it was alright. I threw my Zune at him because I was 78% sure he was lying. The wizard roared at me and sentenced my mother to thirty five years of chain smoking. I was sad.
Upload to a server that allows incoming connections with appropriate web server software like apache(not saying apache is the best though, just an example) then if you don't want to have to remember the IP address buy a domain. There are many cheap hosting solutions out there, usually in hosting smaller = better(but not always).

Namecheap is a good option here, as they give you both.
I've used namecheap for registering domains, iv'e never used their hosting though, but it seemed pretty good.

3 domains/sites for $7 is nice. Personal site, business A site and business B site.
Unless you go GoDaddy. Then you're wrong.
Damn. I wish I had been able to use that as ammo to convince my teacher not to use them.
