I have over $100 in iTunes gift cards because I have an iPod Touch. I'm thinking about trying out Android sometime soon, but one thing that is holding me back is all the money I have in iTunes. I don't have any receipts to take back to get my money back then to change over to Play credits, and I don't want to like sell them on eBay or anything like that, so I was wondering if there is ANY way to covert my iTunes money to Play Credits.
P.S. I heard I can use my songs from iTunes on an Android device, so is that true? But I still want to use most of my money for apps though.
Unfortunately, no. The itunes money is counted as "store credit". Just like any other store credit in a retail store, it's non-transferable and worth exactly $0 actual money, it's merely a dollar value discount on the next item you buy.
There might be a way around this, however I am unfamiliar with apple's policies and wouldn't recommend jumping into anything, which would risk your account being locked and banned indefinitely.

Yes, there is nothing stopping you. AFAIK this hasn't been an issue since itunes removed it's ludicrous DRM.
