Puns aside, I don't think they are a lot different, as they are the same price. if there is a difference, people who buy USB mics won't be extreme audiophiles so the difference(If there is one) will probably be very minor, so just go with whichever one you like better

The Snowball and Snowball iCE have different tripods (which shouldn't really matter). I bought the iCE on accident so I found out the hard way that the Snowball has 3 settings for audio recording. The iCE on the other hand only has one. That is the difference.
