Why must it be pre-built? If you think you will have trouble putting it together there are plenty of helpful tutorials out there. Also will you need a monitor and peripherals?
Ask yourself a simple question, do you want to save money or waste money on your computer purchase? If you prefer the first option, then building one yourself is what you want to do. If you prefer the second option for some reason then sure, waste money on a pre-built of which the only benefit is that it's pre-assembled.
