I've spilled so much crap on my keyboard (I've had it for about 4.5 years, **** is bound to spill) and I've cleaned it a lot, and the keys still stick bad. I need a new keyboard, and here are my requirements:

• Tactile (No bulky keys)
• Good for gaming, but no need to BE a gaming keyboard
• Sturdy
• $0-$50
• Wired (I hate wireless >:U)
--Things that would make my decision better are:

• Backlighting
• Comfortable hand rests
• Macro keys
• Available in-store

Feel free to post what you use if it fits the requirements, and it's better if it has the extras! Thanks for your help.

You may want to increase your budget a bit for a good quality keyboard, especially with macro keys and backlighting. Also, why in-store pickup? Is shipping a problem?

I'd like to get back into games soon. It isn't NEEDED, but it will increase my liking to the keyboard.
And my dad (Being the money-saver) said only $50 or under. ._.

Get your dad to donate $50 or so to the keyboard and save up anywhere from $20-$70 for a good keyboard. Does it have to be mechanical?

best ones i would recommend are the CM Quickfire Rapid or the Corsair K60 if you want tactile, they are both great keyboards

EDIT for around $50? Sidewinder X4 has some great reviews, as does the Sidewinder X6, there are also a ton of good Logitech keyboards out there

The Microsoft Sidewinder X4 isn't that bad for that price.
