It will still beat the 550 Ti, but I'd highly recommend the 6850 OR even the 7750 that Xaanos suggested but still, the 6850 is the way to go. Definitely best bang for your buck.
Well, I'm currently short on cash, and am getting really tired of the gfx card I have now. For now I will just get the 6670 until I get enough money to upgrade to a 6850.

No that wastes quite a bit of money in the long run. If the 6850 is too much the 7750 is only 110$.
$575 from newegg as good as your going to get without serious compromise, this will do what you want it to, though if you ever upgrade to a 2500k instead of an i3 you would need a new motherboard to overclock, but the i3 can't so it's OK
also as a note, either get a GTX 460 or a 6850 if your thinking about the 550ti, all it is is a rebadged 460, they perform the same, and the 6850 performs better for around $10 more at most
The 550 ti is not the same as the 460, the 460 has 336 CUDA cores, while the 550 ti has 192. Some 460's have a 256-bit memory bus, some have a 192-bit bus. All 550 ti's have a 192-bit bus.
Their performance is very different, the 460 is superior to the 550 ti. Even the 460 768mb and 460 SE are better.
Please stop saying the 550ti is a rebadged 460, they are very different.
The GTX 460 performs like a Radeon 6850, while the GTX 550 ti performs like a Radeon 6790.

Yeah, because the 550 Ti is a rebranded GTS450 just with higher clocks and wider memory bus. The performance is quite comparable between the two with even a HD5770 being able to perform better than the 550 Ti.
The GTX560 Non-Ti version is the rebrand of the GTX460.

if it's a SATA harddrive yes, but you would need to format it to reinstall windows, though if you can by all means use it
