Spend a little more $$$ and build a desktop that will annihilate that laptop. If you do not know how to build one I am sure someone on the forums would help you.
Mobile cards are usually based on a lesser version of their desktop counter-parts
If you would actually learn about tech, you would know that a laptop wont run at full performance without being plugged in, when its on its battery it will run games at lower FPS
Go back to tech school and ask what performance configuration is...
