My current computer case is a Rosewill FB-02 and I feel like it's time to get rid of this awful case. The two cases I am currently looking at are the Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus and the Cooler Master Storm Enforcer. I plan on eventually upgrading to either a Piledriver cpu/mobo(we'll see...) or an i5 2500k and so by upgrading the case I hope to provide better cooling, cable management, etc. I would also like to know if a CM V8 cpu cooler would fit well in those cases and if I will have enough RAM clearance with that cooler.
Basically I want some opinions on which case and cooler to get. Feel free to suggest other parts as well, but if suggesting a case I would like one with a black interior, the ability to mount 200mm fans on the front and top of the case, good cable management, and bottom psu mount. My budget for the case is $100 at the most and I would say $60 for the cooler.

Nobody's perfect, so neither is Hannah Montana Linux, but it's pretty great.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.
Between the HAF 912 and the Storm Enforcer, I like the Enforcer better, mainly because of the black interior and the side window. The enforcer should have the same amount of airflow and cable management as the HAF 912, so it's bascially up to you, it's your money.
I'm kind of in the same situation except i am looking at the haf x blue edition and the chaser mk-1. I have looked at every full tower case i could find and i just want either a black or black/blue case with a side window and good cable management. If your situation it is pretty much up to which one you like the look of better.
Will there be a difference in noise level between the two cases? For both of them I plan on adding a 200m Megaglow with red LED's on the top of the case to add as much airflow as possible with as little sound as possible.
Edit: Also, I am talking about the HAF 912 Plus version which also has a black interior.
If you want some pics of my case its just the standard HAF 912 but it has nice airflow and the only loud thing in it is my cpu fan. But I also don't use and cpu intensive programs either.

So the HAF 912 I would say
