This is probably the last one I post, I just found this and I really need to wonder can this play on Far render distance, Fancy settings Smooth lighting on, clouds on etc. with smooth gameplay, no lag spikes and no lag really, Responses are greatly Appreciated

minecraft yes, ANYTHING else, no. The monitor is a nice addition but if you want to play ANYTHING besides minecraft it's not going to do it at all
That is definetly not a good computer. And don't think the screen makes up for the price, it is only 1600x900, not full hd. If you build your own pc you will get much better performance for the price.
RAM is REALLY important if you want a smooth game... What he could do is give minecraft almost all of his RAM and there won't be much lag...
Not true. Beyond 4 gigs does nothing for gaming or everyday use. I allocated mc 4 gigs of my 8 and I saw no performance increase at all. CPU and graphics is what matters.

RAM has nothing to do with more fps, 4GB is plenty for everything, most people get 8 just because it's so dang cheap now
