How do i know if my new hardware will fit/ is compatible with my computer?

Heres my specs:
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 830 Processor 2.80 GHz
RAM: 8gb
OS: Windows 7, 64 bit, DirectX 11
Current video card: ATI Radeon HD 4200
Monitor (not sure it has any relevance): HP 2511 Series Wide LCD Monitor
Motherboard: H-RS880-uATX (Aloe) ( heres the specs: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01925486&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=5058947 )

And i want to buy these:

Just make sure the PSU can fit into the case and that the GPU's length with fit.

PSU: 5.9"(W) x 3.4"(H) x 5.5"(L)

GPU: 10.2" x 4.38" x 1.5"
