Well, actually I have more than 22 mbps for 10$ per month. I thought in US high speed internet is cheaper than where I live.
Roommate pays for most of it.
That'd be Fios I would assume. It's not too much more expensive than other options but not everyone has it available in their area.

Wow, plans have changed. Now it is 10$ for 12-100 mbps. And I wondered how it could be 60mbps in speed test. It was 12-25 mbps for 10$ several months ago.
