Also, CSS isn't that hard to pick it up, I learned a good deal of it in about an hour or two. That said, it won't make design decisions for you.
As I said, I'm going to be using DreamWeaver, and I'm very happy with initial test results on it. I'll continue to use this crapware for this site for a little longer though.
And, while I do know some basic HTML/CSS, I'm not quite at the level of skill needed to write entire sites by hand yet.

I was going to download and try DreamWeaver yesterday, but then I thought why bother? lol. I just wanted to see how it worked, though. I like trying new things.
