It doesn't surprise me that someone decided to start a debate between Mac & Windows. - To be honest, this is going to turn into a flame war and it will end ugly.
I am not going to put my input in, but lets keep it civil.
Eh, I'm more used to windows. It's all subjective really, I don't really play games so it's really a matter of how used I am to me :3

I really haven't seen much rage going on here. The only rage I've seen was when people were pointing out that Macs are Personal Computers.

I think you have a very broad definition of "rage."

I also like how this **** is calling us nerds, yet hes here, raging himself about other rage. What a ****.
Windows, mainly cause I know it well and I'm going to start learning how to code and program and **** soon, and I'd like to be on a familiar system for learning that.
Afterwards I'll probably look into linux or something, see what's up in there.
My wife uses Mac, I use Windows. I put Ubuntu on my laptop because my laptop was loaded with sucky HP softwares that wanted to check for updates everytime I used the laptop for 5 seconds it took 30 minutes to download HP ****.
My opinion, a PC would be any computer that is built out of non proprietary hardware running on any non Apple operating system. So linux can be a PC as well. You can put any operating system on a pc.
You can put Linux on newer MACs because MAC OS is using linux kernal. So pretty much MACs are slowly becoming PCs. The problem with MAC though is that you still only buy proprietary hardware, which means Apple controls its own hardware/software market. That is a good and bad thing. Windows doesn't build motherboards, network cards, sound cards, and so forth. The good thing about PCs is that it creates more competition in the hardware market for companies like intel, AMD, Nvidia, ATI to build all the cool graphics cards and gaming rigs that might not exist today if MAC was controlling the hardware department.

Your poll doesn't include the superior option: Linux.

I don't think a Windows can run Mac stuff, though.
You'd be wrong.
There's nothing special about Macs. They're just overpriced computers.
<3 windows.

I smell bias...
Although you are right on the fact that parallels (a program i use) can be used inversely on a WIN or MAC.
