Last week, I upgraded my Windows 7 PC to Windows 10 and everything seems good. However, it was only good for a few days and my internet connection doesn't work anymore. As a result, I can't connect to the Internet, even can't ping to my wireless router.
I launched Windows Network Troubleshooter to find out why it happens, and then it says: Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration. Sadly, there is no solution available to help me get rid of this.
I did some searches in Google.com and found this guide, which appears good with several solutions. Unfortunately, I have done all suggested solutions there, but my internet connection still unavailable.
What do I suppose to do now? The last solution may be to reinstall my Windows, or maybe I will try to reset it. However, it's just the last option when no more solution to try.
Have anyone faced this error before? Any solutions for me?
Open up CMD/Command Prompt, and type /ipconfig /all - what does it say? (screenshot or copy/paste?) Could maybe be that DHCP ain't working properly, probably worth checking you have proper drivers installed for the NIC too.
