I need suggestions on laptops for playing Minecraft.
I have only played minecraft on Xbox and pocket edition. I've watched videos on YouTube for about a year now (mostly Hermitcraft), and I've decided I want the computer version.
I would prefer a gaming laptop because I have a tiny bedroom, however, do you have any do you have any desktop suggestions?
Well a $1500 could easily get you a laptop AND a desktop if you're just using it for Minecraft. But a great laptop for $840 is a Lenovo Y50. It'll run Minecraft easily
However, why is it that everyone says a desktop is a better choice?
Desktops don't deal with size constraints, so desktop parts are generally much faster for the same amount of money, especially graphics cards, since they produce a good amount amount of heat.
Oh and you can build desktops, and upgrade them in the future if you need to

What I'm looking for in a laptop...
-Run Minecraft smoothly.
-Run iTunes smoothly....
Thats pretty much it.
Budget: $1,500 (including a gaming mouse)
Bump
This Laptop is decent.
Although if you want a gaming laptop, (you never specified) I'd advise a Desktop.

$450 for a Pentium is a straightup ripoff.

Yeah, Dell laptops are generally pretty dang overpriced. I owned this laptop myself: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-15-6-laptop-intel-core-i3-4gb-memory-1tb-hard-drive-black/9679149.p?id=1219706108461&skuId=9679149
And it's a pretty good laptop for the money. Good build quality, worked nicely, and ran Minecraft at 60 fps on alright settings

Thank you. Although I don't need to worry about Minecraft, I barely play it these days.
But thanks again.
